Bella
I gaze into my cup of black coffee as I rub the sleep from my eyes. I sigh loudly and look over at the clock hanging in the corner of the coffee trailer. "5 more hours left, Bella. You got this." I say to myself in an exasperated tone as I tighten my ponytail. I run my fingers through my curls as to de-tangle the rats' nest it had become. I stick my ballpoint pin behind my ear and blink heavily as I try to keep myself awake. I looked into the reflective metal of the trailer and sighed at my eyebags. I lightly slapped my face a few times trying to wake up.
I nearly rolled my eyes when a customer walked up. nearly. I watch as the man strolled up to the trailer as happy as a dog with a brand new bone. I write the man's order messily on the cup and give him a total.  As I make the drink, I see a group of men dressed like they were ready for the plague to walk up. "I'll get to you in a second, gentlemen, I just have to finish this other drink," I say as I briefly turned around from pulling the double shot. I looked over my shoulder again slowly after I got no reply. I figured it was just typical grumpy old guys. I finally finished the boozy latte and waltz over to hand it to the customer. He thanked me and walked away after putting a small tip in the tip jar. On my way back into the trailer, I saw the creepy guys watching me very closely. I shook off the cold feeling I got in my chest and stepped inside the trailer. "Hey! I'm Bella, What can I get you guys today?" I ask as I pull out the pen that was gently tucked behind my right ear. I am met by silence again. I clear my throat and repeat my question. "Can I get you guys anything?" still no response. They were all broadly shouldered and around the same height of about 6'7. Just looking at the men made the hair on my arms raise.
In a split second, before I could respond, the man closest to me grabs my shirt through the counter. The only thing I could do was to let out a piercing scream that erupted from deep in my throat as I felt a weird and painful pulling. As I opened my blueish gray eyes, I realized I wasn't in Manhatten anymore.

Evan
It was a normal Tuesday. I was walking downtown, on my way to grab donuts for my study session with Adam. As soon as I walked into the donut shop, Daily Donuts, I was greeted with the sweet smell of sugary glaze and warm dough. I sighed as I stood right in front of the door, admiring the little hole in the wall. I grabbed a dozen donuts and paid the older lady working there, making sure I added a tip. As I walk through the many streets and alleys of Manhatten on my way to Adam's house, I think about how different our lives are. For instance, I ride home every day in an undercover car driven by my own personal driver while Adam takes the train. Anyways, today, Adam and I are studying at his house as usual since we can't study at mine. I mean, how am I supposed to introduce my family? "Welcome to my humble home! Over to your right is the personal gym where the world's ex-best assassin is shooting targets blindfolded. Through the kitchen, we have my billionaire superhero father having brunch with the god of thunder and a soldier from 1941 who's body was preserved in ice for 60 years". Home sweet home. I sigh as I realize that I will never get to tell Adam my true identity. Or anyone else for that matter. I knock on the door of Adam's apartment and his girlfriend- sorry, his crush, Lily, answers the door. She also happens to be my sister... but that's beside the point. "Hey, Evy!" She says brightly as she hugs me tightly, pulling me inside. "Hey, Lils. Quick question, did you get that little nickname from Bella?" I ask as I release myself from her hug with a small red tint creeping up the side of my face. "Uhhh- Hey you know what, I was supposed to meet Bella for an... art project," Lily says as she re-opens the door quickly. "Okay see ya later, Evy...  Uhh- B-Bye Adam!" Lily says quickly before shutting the door and running down the stairs. I chuckle slightly as I set a self-reminder to kill Bella next time I see her. I waltz into the kitchen to see Adam slightly shaking his head and laughing while getting orange juice out of the fridge. "What?" I ask while slightly chuckling. "Oh, nothing... Evy." Adam says as he quickly sets his orange juice down safely before dashing into the kitchen. I groan as I grab myself some orange juice from the set of snacks on the sofa and follow Adam into the kitchen. Just as I'm about to sit down, I feel the hairs on my arms raise and I turn my head quickly to look down at Adam. "Something isn't right," I say as I push a button on my watch, making my suit form itself over my clothes. "What do you mean?" Adam asks as he hops up. You see, around 8 months ago, I was bitten by a radioactive wolf spider, causing my DNA to change, giving me superpowers. Adam found out shortly after when he accidentally saw my suit in my closet. You may be asking, "He knows that you're the Wolf Spider, Why can't he know about your parents?" Well, it's simple. Telling someone that my dad is THE Tony Stark would put a target on my back.  Anyways, since then, Adam has been my guy in the chair. "I don't know it's just- something is wrong. I can feel it." I say as I start walking out the door. "Where are you going?" Adam shouts as he stands in front of the door, putting his coat on. "I need to talk to Bella." I barely got out as I ran down the street before pulling my mask on and swinging onto a building. "I'll call you later!" I holler down towards Adam as I swing towards the coffee shop Bella works at. "One incoming call from 'Lils', Would you like to accept the call?" My AI, Phoenix, asks me. "Accept call." I tell my AI as I swing between two large apartment buildings. "EVAN! ARE YOU THERE?" Lily cries out, sounding out of breath. "Yeah... Is everything alright?" I asked with a sharp inhale of breath. "No. It-It's Bella. She's-" Lily's sentence was cut off by a sob. "What- she- what, Lily?" I inquire as I swing webs at lightning speed. "Gone. She's gone. I was supposed to meet her at the coffee shop to grab lunch after her shift but she's n-not here. " Lily finally says, hiccuping slightly. "I'm almost there just- call Peter." I offered as I tried to control my breathing. I have to be strong for her.  As I swing, I take sharp inhales of breath, not allowing myself to cry out. "You need to breathe, Mr. Stark." My AI warns me. "I-I know I just- I can't lo- I can't lose her." I say as my head droops down and a single tear rolls down my cheek.

Bella

I  groaned as I opened my eyes. I looked at my forearm to see a bunch of needles lodged under my skin. I thought maybe I was getting a blood transfusion or something. I looked up at the bag and saw a neon blue substance flowing through the tube, straight into my veins. I ripped the IV's out quickly so I wouldn't lose any blood.  I then looked at my hands and feet to see that I was handcuffed to the cold metal bed. I tried to remember what Peter taught me in case I ever got taken. "Rule number 1, Bella." I heard Peter say. "Look around your room and try to see where you are". I groaned as I opened my eyes again and looked around. Everything was white. I saw some weird charts on the computer. It must have been an X-ray or something. I blinked, trying to see clearly but everything was blurry. Rule number 2, Stay calm. Help is probably already on the way. I looked up at the heart monitor to see a slight peak in my heart rate. I tried to get out of the cuffs but they were too strong. "Jupiter?" I called to my AI, unsure if she was still connected. "Yes, Mrs. Parker?" She asked in her monotone, computer voice. I whispered a silent prayer under my breath. "Can you give me my location?" I asked my AI as I stared at the chains. They were vibranium. "This is just great" I  sarcastically muttered under my breath. "Hey Jupiter, you got my location yet?" I asked the AI. "Sorry, Ms. Parker. It seems as the connection is too weak for me to pinpoint a certain location at this time." Jupiter said as her voice glitched and eventually went away. "Jupiter?" I asked as I looked at the watch on my arm. No use in it right now. See, if you looked at my watch, you would think it was just a regular watch, but in reality, the watch had many purposes. It was where I could contact my AI, check my heart rate, and most importantly, pick locks. I huffed as I tried to remember how I got here. Just as I started to recall the events from earlier, I heard footsteps. I strained against the vibranium chains as I tried to get up. It was no use. I wasn't getting out of here anytime soon. I put on the toughest face I could as I heard the doorknob handle turning. On the outside, I looked fearless, but on the inside, every inch of me was begging to cry out. The metal door creaked open and a pair of black combat boots stepped in. "Good evening, Ms. Parker. I see you've ripped out your IV's." A calm voice said as it walked in and shut the door behind them. From the outline of their body, I assumed it was a female. "Who are you?" I yelled out panicked towards the woman. "Oh dear, don't tell me you've forgotten your own mother."
