"Paisli make sure you lock up", Leander spoke making her look up.
"Yeah, yeah". Leander shook his head, chuckling a little. Every since Kamaj started working, Leander noticed that he's had Paisli's full attention lately.
Leander thought that he was a pretty cool dude, so it was fine with him. But he still made sure to look out for her, knowing what she had been through in her past.
"What you bout to get into?"
He shrugged, "Nothing. Ima head straight home cause you know I gotta therapy appointment tomorrow morning".
"Oh yeah. How is that going". Paisli smiled at her cousin crookedly with her head tilted.
"I mean, it's going good I guess. And plus, I haven't really been thinking about it lately so I guess you could say i'm doing good".
"That's good Lee, and you know you can call me if you need anything. But get home safe, and I love you." Paisli didn't want to stay on that topic for to long, knowing how it made her cousin felt. She honestly just wanted to make sure he was ok, but she knew that it was nearly impossible with how stand offish he could be at times.
Leander smiled at her, placing a kiss on her cheek. "I'll try, and I love you too", he replied.
The bells on the door rung as Leander exited the shop. He made his way to his truck, fetching his keys from his back pocket.
