jeno resisted a smile when jaemin gulped with embarrassment. for the first time he has gotten shamed.
injun just stared at jaemin with displease; the barista looked irritated and confused. he was no longer angelic. "if that's all, i'll be going now." he took a step back. i expected more from them. i guess it's only their faces that are precious, he tsked to himself.
jeno panicked slightly. "w-wait! i still want an order of the glazed doughnuts!" he quickly sputtered out, making injun stop.
jaemin embarrassedly sipped his americano, ears red from getting rejected.
"okay." injun sighed a little and turned back.
i guess first impressions don't last long. jeno smiled at the flustered jaemin. after the barista was out of their reach, jeno set his hand on top of jaemin's. "well, how do you feel now, min?"
the boy squeezed jeno's hand and began to whine, "i feel soㅡhurt." jaemin pouted. "how could he just bluntly speak like that to meㅡi'm so sweet and...and attractive."
"i know, i know." jeno tried to comfort his boyfriend.
"i wanna know how it's like dating threesome." jaemin's lips pursed into a thin line. "injun seemed like such a good candidate. i guess he only looked pure and lovable on the outside." the boy sighed sadly.
"right..." jeno admired their intwined hands resting on the marbled table. "but maybe words aren't enough for injun, maybe actions are more important, just like how you give hugs and cuddles everydㅡ"
"then should i kiss him?" jaemin cut him off, looking at jeno with the softest eyes. "that's how i made you fall for me." he blinked innocently.
"iㅡ" jeno coughed, not expecting that at all. "i mean..." he gave an unsure look. "kissing a random stranger may come off as weird, jaemin...not everyone is accepting of your strange touches and affection like me."
jaemin frowned and looked back at injun, who was behind the front counter and making jeno's glazed doughnuts.
"i want to kiss him."
