For the second installment of Gundam Cross Worlds, I created a spinoff of one of my favorite Gundam series. I'm talking about 00, and it takes place where A wakening of the Trailblazer left off, about 3 years later. This is Mobile Suit Gundam Xenos, and it will be produced alongside the main Aligned Re:Generations series, Aligned Re:Generations tri. and Mobile Suit Gundam Asterus. To make sure the continuity is consistent, Setsuna F. Seiei does not appear at all in this story. And, much like its parent series, it is divided into 2 seasons. January 15, 2317 A.D.
It has been 3 whole years since Setsuna F. Seiei left for the ELS homeworld, and both humanity and the ELS are in peace, signified by the Yellow Flower, which was created from the ELS planetoid, hovering towards Earth. With this, Celestial Being's mission is complete, and disbanded in the process. Majority of the Ptolemaios crew had either been killed or left CB, with the exception of Sumeragi Lee Noriega, who transferred to the Earth Sphere Federation (ESF). Allelujah Haptism left CB as well, with Soma Peries at his side, as did Lockon Stratos. Tieria Erde, on the other hand, is currently traveling with Setsuna to the ELS homeworld. As for Marina Ismail, she is still residing in the Middle East, within the Republic of Krugis.
Meanwhile, in an outpost in Detroit, Michigan, Ian Vashti, who is now in his early 60s, was visiting an old friend, Drake Roberts, as well as his nephew, 16-year-old Dylan. Dylan was working as a mechanical engineer just like his uncle. "I'm surprised things are pretty peaceful around here." Drake commented. Regardless, Dylan had been working at the outpost ever since the war with the Innovators, where he was taken to said outpost by his aunt Linda.
Some of Dylan's friends had arrived, and greeted Ian and Drake. Alice, one of Dylan's friends, gave Ian a pendant as a keepsake. "I bet you'll be Dylan's wife one day." Ian joked, much to the annoynace of his nephew. "Tell me, why are you doing this to me, Uncle Ian?" Dylan asked his uncle, irritated by his actions.
However, peace did not last that long, as there was a terrorist group who called themselves the "Rouges", and they are led by Maria Desmund, whose psychopathic nature wants to destroy the peace established by Setsuna. "Does anyone have the explosives? It has reached call time." Maria asked. "Get the grenades ready, but make sure to keep yourself hidden in plain sight." With zero hesitation, the Rouges infiltrate the Detroit outpost with a bunch of grenades, but they made sure to keep themselves hidden from the public, as per the instructions of Maria.
One by one, each member of the Rouges have planted bombs on specific weak spots of the outpost. After that has been completed, Maria pulled the trigger and blew the entire building up. Luckily for Ian, Drake and Dylan, they were outside, but the latter's friends were inside. "Dylan, help us!" cried Alice. As Dylan ran to save them, the Rouges intervened, beaten him up and left everybody inside, including Alice, to die.
A few hours had passed, and 52 people had been declared dead, while 26 have been injured in the explosion. That meant the people inside the outpost were all killed. To make matters worse, Alice was killed in the explosion. Enraged by this, Dylan asked his uncle Ian to take him to the old CB HQ, to which the latter reluctantly agrees. "What are you planning to do there, Dylan?" He thought to himself.
Celestial Being HQ, 2:45 PM
Upon arriving in the old CB HQ, Dylan acquired some combat and technical data from all of Setsuna's Gundams, most especially Gundam Exia. "Wait, you're planning to create a Gundam using Exia's data?" Ian asked Dylan, to which the latter says yes. The former asks why, but Dylan replied, "The Rouges will pay for killing those people back in Detriot!" And so, using an unused and damaged GN Frame as a base, Dylan created a set of blueprints for a 6th Generation Gundam. But said GN Frame had to be repaired in order to be fully useable.
