KOVER KARNIVAL- ENTRY FOR ROUND #1

The first round is to make a cover based on the poem "The road not taken"
by the famous poet Robert Frost.
As many people have their own interpretation about the poem, I have mine too. What I've heard many people say is that, this is a light hearted poem. The road not taken could be about a happy ending too, and the poet is simply just curious about the consequences if he had taken the other road.

But for me, I always feel like there is something too deep, inside those lines. Somehow I feel afraid whenever I read it. It made me wonder, how it would've been if we cared about our mother nature and not taken the road to destroy it. How it would've been if we always avoided wars. How blessed would we feel if that happened. How humane it would've been, if we started being human for one second in our life. And hence the cover turned out like this.

The whole editing process was quite sad for me. The grave shown in the cover is of a martyr, a trooper who got killed during an operation in world war II. His name is Vincent Andrews. May God rest his soul in peace, for the sacrifice he had to make, and horrors he went through.

Here's my entry:
