You walked in the door and kicked off your shoes. You placed them to the side and walked into the living room. To your surprise there was someone sitting on your couch.
"Ummm, who are you?" You asked cautiously.
One of your maids popped out of nowhere, "it's your old friend, Lee Donghyuck."
He turned to look at you and smiled. He got up and started walking to you.
"Hey." You said smiling at him.
"Hey," he said smiling back, "it's been a while."

"Yeah, it has," You said, "what brings you back here?"
"Your father asked me for some help at the company."
"He has?" You asked, "If you don't mind me asking, what help did he ask for?"
"It's kinda confidential right now but I'm sure he'll let you know soon." He chuckled.
"Ah, ok." You held up and 'ok' sign.
"We should catch up some time, Hyuck," you said changing the subject, "call me when you're free."
"We should," he answered, "maybe we can go out to eat."
"That sounds great!"
"Here's my number," he put his number in your phone, "text me anytime."
"Will do." You smiled.
"Well, I better head to bed," he said yawning, "see you around."
"Yeah, goodnight." You waved.
You walked into your room and fell asleep almost immediately. —————————
🌏Donghyuck's POV🌎
I grabbed some pajamas out of the closet that one of the maids helped me organize. I put them on and jumped in the bed. I couldn't sleep so instead I went on instagram. I decided to follow Y/n.
I looked at her posts. It was mostly girly things. I smiled to myself and fell asleep scrolling through her page.
I woke up to my alarm going off next to my ear. I got up annoyed with the sound. The room was dark with the blackout curtains covering the huge windows.
I walked into the restroom to get ready for the day. I wanted to look extra nice today to impress Y/n's father. He's a powerful man and I want to make a good impression.
I skipped breakfast and only had a cup of coffee. I got in my car and drove to the company building where I was greeted by Mr. Song's secretary.
"Mr. Lee," she smiled and bowed, "this way please."
She led me through a hallway where I was greeted with two large doors. She opened them for me and bowed. I bowed back and walked into Mr. Song's office.
Mr. Song was sitting at his desk waiting for me. I bowed and sat in a chair in front of his desk.
"Mr. Lee!" He said cheerily, "I'm glad you decided to take this job!"
