The one with the break up

♡•♡•♡

I was waiting for him to come and show up here for a couple of hours already. I sighed. Of course, he has things to do, more important things than meeting with his fake girlfriend; I smiled sadly and waited a bit more.

I trust him. I know he'll be going here to meet me. I waited for a few hours more before finally fixing my things and standing, getting ready to leave when the door of the restaurant I am waiting bursted open, entering the man that never failed to make me smile and feel the jitters in my stomach, caused by some group of unknown animals jumping up and down of my stomach.

I grinned slightly at the sight of him when he turned around, looking for me if I already left. He's panting and I know he's already tired of his work but still, he came here to see me. That thought made my heart swell with so much happiness. And I beamed happily at him when his eyes finally met mine. He looked relieved for a moment and after some seconds, his eyes turned serious and a bit, worried? He must be worried of how long I have waited for him to come and meet me.

He started walking closer and I sat down, watching him with a small smile while walking to me. When he finally reached our table, he pulled the sit open and sat down. He looked at his watch, turned to look at me and smiled sheepishly. Maybe he already figured out that I've been waiting for him for at least five hours already.

I smiled at him kindly that, I believe, will lessen the guilt that he must be feeling for knowing that he had me waiting for him for that long. He stood up, went to me and kissed my cheek. He then went back to take his seat again.

"Ty, sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm really, really very sorry to keep you waiting."

"Saint," I smiled, "it's okay. It really is. I, actually am the one who needs to say sorry for calling you up and bringing you to go here even if you are already so tired and exhausted from your work, so sorry."

"No, no, Ty. Please don't say sorry. It's not your fault. I am the one who decided to go here and it was also my choice to come and meet with you even with my schedule."

I nodded with understanding and gestured him the waiter who has been there for some time now. He chuckled slightly, grinned at me and turned to the waiter to say his order. When the waiter left, he then turned to me and started our supposed talk.

"So, what is it that you are about to say to me again?"

"Let's just wait for your food to be served then we can talk." I smiled, again, for the nth time so that he won't be worried about the talk that we will be having.

"Okay then." He said and turned to the food that was immediately served by the waiter. The reason why I wanted us to meet here is that they have a fast and good sevice. Their food is also very tasty and they have a good set of staffs. And with that thought in mind, I turned to the waiter my self and said my thank you to him with a genuinely grateful expression. Who knows, this could be my last visit here. That idea made me grimace inwardly.

After finishing the food he had ordered, he started cleaning his plate, leaving his leftovers to the other side of his plate and neatly arranging his utensils. I smiled again. I know I'll really miss this side of him. You see, he is very conscious of his surroundings and takes his time cleaning and arranging it to his heart's content. Maybe that is another reason why I love him.

When he was already done with his things, I readied myself from showing off unnecessary emotions that will bring this dinner date to my worst case scenario if ever he sees it. I cleared my throat and looked at him, noticing that he was already looking at me and I blushed a tinge of red. When he saw my reaction, he smirked. I then looked at my watch that already said that it was half past eleven already and so I started speaking to get this over with.  Before speaking, I smiled, now a sad one.

"Saint, let's stop this."
