As soon the Nameless Soldier was caught and then swallow whole by an Titan. He awaken to see that he was falling down to Earth...well an Earth that is similar to his own but also not. Sorry but he can't turn into an titan, guys, but he strong as fuck because he fought against them.
For some reason, his gear that he bought and repair from his old world, came with him.
His gear don't rust and are easily repairable in this world...like he put his dull blades back in his gear and when he pull it out, it's good as new.
