-Yusuke-
I couldn't help but look at Keiko again. She looked beautiful in the moonlight, the water from earlier keeping her clothes and hair damp. I didn't realize how much I missed her until now.Keiko looked up at me with those big brown eyes. "What's up, Yusuke?" she asked innocently. "You look distracted."
I shook my head and smirked. "Just missed you," I admitted, taking her hand. I kissed her knuckles as we walked into her house. I watched a blush appear on her ivory skin; it was so amazing.
Keiko looked around. "Mom?" she called. "Dad?" We walked further in, shutting the door behind us. There was a note on the coffee table and she picked it up, releasing my hand in the process.
"They're not home," she sighed, frowning.
I stepped closer, holding her head between my hands. "You shouldn't frown, Keiko." She blushed again and looked down awkwardly. I leaned in closer, whispering, "Keiko. Look at me." She did and I took the opportunity, pressing my lips to hers for (technically) the third time.
The kiss ended and I pulled her into a hug. "I really missed you, Keiko."
She laughed embarrassedly. "Since when do you express your feelings?"
"Since... I don't know," I chuckled. I rubbed her back, feeling her brown hair tickle the backs of my hands. The relief I could hold her was incredible; it almost knocked me breathless.
She giggled, then sighed. "We need to change or we'll end up getting hypothermia."
"I don't have any clothes," I hinted.
"My dad does," she laughed. "Nice try, though."
I pouted. "Why do you have to be like that, Keiko?"
"Because, Yusuke, I'm not going to do anything close to that until I'm married. So, obviously, it's out of the question."
As she walked to a door, I grabbed her hand. She looked back at me with a look of shock. "Then marry me," I said easily. I heard her gasp. I took the chance to pursue the subject. "Keiko, I love you," I admitted in a whisper. "These last four years have been hell, and it's made me realize what I've been missing." I stepped forward and placed my right hand lightly against her neck. "Will you marry me, Keiko?"
Her face was still one of astonishment. She blinked a few times, then it seems to click. A brilliant smile spread across her beautiful lips and she whispered, "Yes."
-Keiko-
"Yes," I whispered. Joy erupted in my chest as he picked me up and spun me around. I giggled and leaned down to peck his lips. I did it once more, lingering this time."Keiko," he breathed, his eyes closing. Something flashed through me--excitement? Desire? I kissed him again, slowly. Thoroughly. Our breathing became labored and he set me down on the living room couch. I lay under him, my head propped on the armchair. His hands were on either side of my head, his knees astride my hips. He leant down and kissed me passionately, taking my breath away.
"Yusuke," I whisper/moaned. I wasn't sure what kind of sound I made. Maybe a whimper? I don't know.
I felt his lips travel. First down my jaw, then my neck, and then across my collarbone. I was sure he could hear my heart hammering away in my chest. His breath was warm against my wet skin.
His hands lifted my still-wet shirt, fingers tracing abstract patterns across my belly. I let out a sigh of appreciation, arching my lower back. His hands went there, playing around the edge of my skirt. His lips found their way back to mine and I was distracted until I felt his hands pull my shirt up farther.
