Chapter 10

I woke up with tear stained cheeks, and puffy red eyes. I took a quick shower put my hair into french braids. I changed into black jeans, and a dark purple sweater.

I plugged in my headphones to my computer, and watched Naruto Shippuden most of the day.

I noticed that somebody had walked in, so I paused the episode. I took off my headphones, and looked around. I saw that Dabi was sitting in front of my computer, out of view.

"What happened last night?" He asked. Oh. He must've seen me run upstairs crying. "Nothing." "Dont lie to me Alya." He seems angry. But, why? "Why?" I asked, covering my arms with the sleeves. "Can you just, tell me what happened? I dont want you to sit in your room all day, crying." He said, staring into my eyes. I looked into his bright blue ones, and looked at my hands. "I dont think he likes me back." I whispered, tearing up again.

"Oh...Well, hes not a nice guy anyways. Plus, you have me and Spinner, dont you?" He said, getting up, to sit next to me and hugged me. For some reason ok n, we started floating. "Um, what's happening?" I asked, hitting my head on the ceiling. "Ow." As soon as I said that, we fell from the ceiling, to my bed. "What the fuck?" I looked around, but didnt see anything. "Was that...you?" Dabi asked, pointing at me.

I tried floating small objects towards me, but nothing happened. I then proceeded to try floating myself, and i hit my head on the ceiling again. "Does this mean i have a second quirk?" I asked myself, looking at my feet. I dropped myself slowly to the floor, and ran to the bar.

"Guys, guys, guys! You will not believe what I've just discovered!" I said, getting everybody's attention. I closed my eyes, and made myself float above the floor, but at the height of the bar stool, so if i fell i wouldn't hurt myself. "Cool, huh." I said, lowering myself. "Oh, do me! Me!" Spinner said, standing up. "Sadly, she can only make herself float." Dabi said, finally walking into the room.

After a while of practicing outside, I figured out the it wasnt just floating. It's like Uraraka's quirk. I was able to make myself lighter, but only myself. And, I didnt have to touch anything. Just think it. So basically, I can walk up walls, walk on water, jump really far, and run really fast. It's really cool.

I walked to the roof, and layed down. Hm, I wonder where he went. I haven't seen Kai since yesterday. I closed my eyes, and started hovering a foot or two above the roof. "Wow. Dont hurt yourself." I heard Kai say. I bolted up, being scared. I fell to the floor, hitting my back really hard. "Ouch, ow ow ow." I rubbed my back, trying to ease the pain. "What'd I tell ya." He said, walking over to me. "Hmph." I stood up, and dusted myself off. "Why didnt you tell me about your quirk when we first met?" He asked, standing in front of me. "Because I just got it today. Now, if you would excuse me, I have to eat food." I said, rubbing my empty stomach.

"Oh. Sorry." He said, sitting down. "Oh my god. What the fuck. Why am I like this?" I muttered, walking down the stairs. I walked to the bar, and took my beef jerky out of its hiding spot. I quickly ran up to my room, only to find none other than Shigaraki sitting on my bed.

"Get out. I just want to eat my jerky in peace, please." I said, pointing at the door. "We need to talk." He said. "Igh, fine, but I'm eating." I said, closing the door. I sat next to him, protecting my beef jerky. "So, what's up?" I asked, sitting in the corner of my bed and the wall. "Nothing much. It's just that, we've been doing all the work. You've just been staying here, doing nothing." He said, his voice extra raspy. "THATS ONLY BECAUSE YOU GUYS NEVER WAKE ME UP! You always leave without me!" I yelled, getting quieter throughout my rant. "Which is why, your coming on our next mission." He said, the look in his eyes, distant. "Ooh, what is it?" I asked, getting excited. "Well, you need to kidnap someone." He paused for a moment. "Denki Kaminari." He said. "But, why him?" I asked, almost in a whisper. "Because, hes close to both Bakugo, and Izuku Midoria." He said, getting angry. "Andz your the only one that can convince him to be a spy for us." He said, standing up. "Talk to him tomorrow before school." He continued, walking out of my room, closing the door on the way out.

Why am I so scared to do this? Why is he making me do this? Is this a set up? Why Kaminari though? Couldnt it have been Kirishima? Or maybe Midoria himself? It could have been Momo, or Jirou. But no, it had to be Kaminari. Could they be doing it on purpose? Why would they do that? They are, arent they. That's why they chose me, to kidnap him. They're planning something. I just know it. But what it is, I dont know. And why, I dont know either.

I ended up falling asleep that night, still thinking what they were up to. I didnt know what to think. I didnt know who to trust, and what decision to make.

(the next morning)

Hes always late, so I should talk to him close to his house. The others should be at school, so he shouldn't be too far from his house. Still, he could be different from when I last saw him at school. What would I say? What would I do?

I started walking in the direction towards Kami's house, and passed him on the way. Before he could get past me, I grabbed his wrist, and stopped. He couldnt see me though, because of my hair being down, and the hoodie over my face. "We need to talk." I said, looking at him. I saw his face light up, but that was the last thing I saw, before I was knocked out.
