your teacher started assigning seats and of course conveniently she sad jabez right next to you and you two would be lab partners for the rest of the year. of course you were happy because you were partners with your best friend
y/n: "sorry for being so weird earlier i don't know what was wrong with me"
j: "it's all cool ma but u good now"
y/n: "yea I'm good now"
the teacher started talking and explaining a beginning of the year introduction project. you turn to jabez and you start to talk about the project
y/n: "so what do you wanna do for the project"
j: "i don't know but why don't you come over to my house tonight and we can talk about it"
y/n: "okay tell your mom to make spaghetti so I can stay for dinner, i love her spaghetti"
j: "okay I'll text her right now"

(later at home that day)

you get out of the shower and start to do your hair when you get a text from jabez 'when are you going to be here?' you texted back by saying 'I'll be there in like 20 minutes' you and jabez only lived a few minutes from each other so it was really convenient to go see him. you got dressed in a kinda bummy outfit but you still looked cute for jabez *swipe* when you thought you looked good you hoped in your car and headed over to his house it only took you a few minutes because y'all lived so close to each other. when you got there you knocked on the door just to be polite and jabez opened the door lookin like this *swipe* he was lookin fine as fuck not even gonna lie but you had to ignore it so that you could do your project.

j: "damn ma u lookin good as fuck"
when he said this he was licking his lips which you thought was weird but you weren't complaining.
y/n: "thanks j but I look the same as always lol"
j: "yea ight cmon my mom made spaghetti like you asked"
y/n: "well move out of the way ding-dong and let me go get some before it's cold"

jabez moves out of the way and you walk in swaying your hips trying to make jabez notice you. you turned around to see if he was looking and boyyyy was he looking he was staring with his mouth wide opened with a lil drool.

y/n: "you coming j...uhh j"
j: "oh uhh y-yea"

jabez pov:
wtf is wrong with me I've never seen y/n in this way but damn she really don't look the same as last year she's changed a lot. i have to have her. she needs to be mine.
