Today was the day. The you finally move out of hell hole you were living in. You and your family were moving to North Carolina and moving out of BC. You HATED Canada it was cold were you lived and windy so you thought moving to North Carolina might be better.
You finished packing you last bags and took the passenger seat before Jackson could. He was not happy. Then you, your mom and your older brother left Canada behind.
6 hours later
"Mom when are we going to get there?" You ask for curiosity reasons. "In another 38 hours plus stops and rests" your jaw drops and you start to sulk in your chair.
Skip the next 38 hours cuz I'm lazy
"Ok we are here!!!" Your mom says with a lot of excitement. You look at your new house and it's huge.

Well it's a lot bigger then our old house anyways. You have neighbours all around you but it was late at night so you couldn't see much.
You got and air mattress and found your room that you picked earlier and started to set it up. After you finished setting it up you plugged your phone in and fell asleep.
The next morning
You wake up to sun in your eyes. You get and run to the car to get your suitcase. As your out there in your sweats and crop top pajama shirt you see a boy out of the corner of your eye watching you. You don't think much of it so you go back inside and get dressed into this..

You think you look really cute and go downstairs. Your mom just woke up and you brother is still asleep as per usual. "y/n, can you help me and start unpacking the car? You can just bring it inside you don't have to do anything with it yet." Your mom says and you being the nice kid you are you say okay.
You walk outside and see the same kid but now he is skate boarding and doing tricks, well trying to. You kind of laugh to your self because he looks funny doing it but your trying to deny the fact that he's really cute.
You open the trunk and go to grab a bag when you feel a tap on your shoulder. You being a dumbass thinks it's your mom so you say "ya what's up mom?" Without looking up. The kid replies with, "sorry I'm not your mom" you feel super embarrassed when you realize that is the kid. You turn around and look him straight in the eye and say "oh my gosh I'm so sorry I thought you were my mom!" As you laugh a bit. The kid laughs too and introduces himself "it's okay it was kinda funny, anyway my names Payton I live across the street from you" "oh cool! My names y/n by the way." Then you guys exchange snaps and go on with your day.
Later that night
