Recap: you open the door more and what you see makes you sick to your stomach.

You see a girl and Payton making out on his bed and they don't see you at first so you run away back to your house with tears streaming down your face.

Payton's POV
I hear someone crying outside my door and thumping down my stairs. I knew it it was y/n. Shit. I've really messed up big time. I really like her. And I think she likes me back but I don't know.

Your POV
You ran up to your room and grabbed a box you thought you'd never grab again. You realized that you loved Payton and that you couldn't see him kissing someone else so you did what you do best. You started to cut yourself. You fell into a dark and depressed state. You layed on the ground with your arms bleeding hoping that all of your blood would spill out of your body, but it didn't. Someone came to your side and could tell that they were crying but you didn't know who. You couldn't pull yourself to open your eyes so you fell asleep instead.

Payton's POV
I got up and went to run after but Maya grabbed my wrist and asked where I was going and I didn't say anything I just pulled away and ran. I ran downstairs and over to y/n house and ran to her room and saw her on the ground in a puddle of blood. I guess I didn't notice that I was balling my eyes out because instead I called 911 and carried her outside. She was asleep and I kept saying to myself, "this is all my fault. This is all my fault. Please don't die y/n"

Your POV

You woke up in a hospital bed and you could barley move yourself. You lost so much blood and energy that you needed a blood transfusion (or whatever it's call idk). You move your head a bit and saw the wall and an empty chair. Then you moved your head the other way to see Payton laying in the bed next to you with pipes coming out his arm. He didn't notice you were awake but you saw that he was awake so you said his name. He turned over and smiled weakly. You hated to see him like that since you didn't know what was going on, so you started crying. "What is it y/n? What's wrong? Are you okay?" "Wait I should be asking you that! Why are you in the hospital?" You said. "Because, y-you tried to kill yourself," he said starting to cry, "a-and you lost so much bl-blood that you need more and I was the only one available with your blood type." He replies kinda balling. "Oh, thanks. You saved my life." You said. "Idk if this is rude to ask but, why? Why did you try to kill yourself?" He said with tears welling in his eyes again. "Payton, I didn't want tell you this but I was diagnosed with depression and it came with suicide but it went dormant when I met you. Then I sorta caught feelings for you but I was to nervous to tell you cuz I thought that you probably didn't like me back. After a while I wanted to tell you that day after school but when I walked in on you kissing someone else, it crushed me inside. I felt that no one wanted me and I thought that you clearly didn't care about me or my feelings so I decided it be best if I wasn't here at all." You were both crying now. "I'm so so-" you cut him off by giving him the biggest hug you've ever given someone. You didn't care what happened earlier you just wanted him. And only him even if he didn't want you. He was speechless for a minuet so you spoke up and said, "it's okay if you don't like me back, I get it. I can move on. But-" this time he cut you off by smashing his lips into yours. Your lips moved perfectly together. He pulled away and looked dead into you eyes as if he was saying, "I love you too." Instead he said, "just don't try and do it again please. I like. I've always liked you, since the day I laid eyes on you. I kissed maya because I thought YOU don't like ME." You kissed him again passionately and for a long time. You pulled away at the right time for the doctor come in and say " hey, you guys are up! How are you both feeling?" She went to Payton and took out the tubes and put bandaids on his wrists. She gave him his clothes and told him he could get dressed. She came over to you and took some tests and made sure you were okay then gave you your clothes and said that you could get dressed. Payton walked out of the bathroom and you walked in. After a bit you guys left and went back to his house.
