J is a veterinarian she doesn't eat meat or dairy products yet she orders a small Eggdrop soup every morning. Don't get me started on how much sense that makes. She is about 20ish and is the worse cleaner I have ever seen. She doesn't wipe the booths down properly and leaves traces of stains on the tables everywhere she goes. When she is not serving or cleaning she is on her phone or reading at a table were she has all her stuff at.

She is a excellent server and does great in stressful situations. She doesn't get to personal with the customers, but just does what is needed of her. She has a care free kind of attitude and I don't think she takes many things seriously. Like her job.

You see J randomly quit back a few months ago saying she was too sad to work anymore, anywhere yet right after she quit I saw her working at another restaurant in town. I didn't say anything because it wasn't my place but apparently I wasn't the only one who saw her there. So my boss knew about it, in the same week she also put on her Facebook that she was pregnant. We congratulated her but at the same time my boss wished that she could have just said she got a new job instead of what she did. Maybe she was sad but either way we wished her luck in her life.

Shortly afterwards she broke up with her boyfriend and loss the baby. I don't know if it was of natural causes or not but I was very sorry for her loss. She quit her job and asked to work here again. We had already hired a replacement but he left within a month saying "this wasn't my calling". So we hired her again because my boss was tired of hiring people to have them just quit after everything.

My boss has had lots of bad experiences hiring people so she tries to avoid it at all costs but to have a business you need employees. So J was back and it seemed she was going to stay, but you know what? This Tuesday she said she is done working here. She posted on her Facebook that she only makes $2.50 a hour and that isn't cutting it for her. When I know for a fact that isn't true. She actually makes about $8 to $11 dollars a hour depending on the day, which is above minimum wage.

My boss didn't judge her neither did I, but today (Sunday) she finished up her final shift. She didn't clean hardly and made me start my shift early and serve a table on her time. I have always wanted to talk to her about what I think of her, but that would be rude. I think she is a good person but in our social and work environment it is a different story.

I apologize if what I am saying is rude I don't mean to make her sound bad. She is a really good person, but I don't think we could see eye to eye all the time. Maybe the situations that happened were different then they seemed but this is all I knew, hear, and saw. We had our good times chatting and our bad times when she would neglect responasibles and I take up the slack.

Goodbye J is all I have to say and good luck on your next journey. We've had our fun for about a year now working together and while I can't say it was all fun and games it was a pleasure working with you. You are a very good problem solver and on many occasions you used that to your advantages positively. Also if you ever become a house wife I wish you luck, cause your going to need it.

On to the next one T.
