Trinity

I was loving the mom life, but it was hard. Especially since I'm doing it alone. Between her doctor appointments and trying to work from, I couldn't handle it. Cas and Ariana were a big help at times, but I didn't want to bother them all the time.

"You look drained" My mom sighs once she was back in the screen

"Mama I am" I felt the tears starting to come "I just wish things were better"

"They'll get better" She gives me a little hope

"When does Brandon come home?" Morgan asked as she rocked a sleeping Cason

"He claims he come home this Wednesday" I shrug

I was over stressing when this man was coming home. Laila was bout to be a month old and he wasn't here to help.

"I'm on the first flight in the morning, this is some bullshit" Morgan scoffs

"It's fine Mo" I sigh before putting my phone down to grab Laila, who was now whining

"We'll see you tomorrow, tend to Bells" My mom says before ending the call

I grabbed a bag of milk from the fridge, popping it in the warmer. Laila fluttered her eyes, placing a hand in her mouth.

"It's coming mamas" I coo at her

Once her milk was heated, I placed it into a bottle. I grabbed my phone and started for upstairs. I knew once she ate, she's going to be lights out. I sat in the rocker, propping her up to be feed. Her eyes watched me as she ate. A small smile formed on my face.

I was still in shock that I had birthed the most perfect girl ever. She had a hair full of hair, the prettiest eyes, and the deepest dimples.

She was really a reflection of Bibby with a dash of me in there. My phone rung with a FaceTime call from Bibby.

"Where lil ma?" Bibby asked once our call was connected

"Eating" I say as I flipped the camera over for him to see

"Oh my, she's cute" A female voice caught my attention "You make some cute kids.."

"Who is that? And why is she telling you that you make cute kids?" I now had the camera back on me and Bibby hand was over his face

"It's not ev—" He was cut off by Dee calling herself speaking to me

"I see... You go out of town to work Johanie after I said no dealings with her" I chuckle

"It's business, you really are extra" Johanie voices her opinion

"Stay with her since what I say don't matter no more" Were my last words before hanging up

Bibby rung my phone again, only for me to hit decline. Laila was now finished with her bottle. I stood to my feet to burp her.

"I love you too" I chuckle as she spit up on me

I head to her bathroom, so I can wash her up for the night. After her bath, we make our way to my bedroom. Since Laila was resting, I was able to take a quick shower.

I grabbed my iPad, checking my work emails. I may have been on maternity leave from the office, but I was still working from home. I decided to Group FaceTime Alice and Alex, since we hadn't talked in awhile.

"Where is Lay?" Alex asked once he was in the screen

"She's sleeping" I chuckle flipping the camera for them to see her
