For starters, these characters don't get along. Total Drama Wiki legit lists them as enemies. Secondly, Lightning is definitely straight, which can be seen by his reaction to Jo saying that she'd never kissed a guy when he thought she was a guy. Third, Cameron is probably straight too, which can be seen by his reaction to Gwen kissing him (although I'm less certain about his sexuality).
