It's important to remember that
characterization plays a critical
role in each story, not because
of the story but because the
essence of character.
During the beginning stages of
compositing and researching
writers find themselves in chaos.
Whether or not they allow that chaos
to defeat them is a whole other question
whose answers lie within their own
essence of determination.
As a piece of advice to writers who
hit a block or who find certain days
difficult to carry forth, remind yourself
that your essence of character development
is always happening consistently within ones self.
— even on the days you aren't writing.
Characters will continue to exist after our
own passings; literally and figuratively
in our essences.
