The Two Kinds (a Clexa story)

Chapter 2

Clarke's POV
2 months later

Carlisle had shown me how to hunt and everything about being a vampire. The speed, the super vision, how to be stealthy, the super hearing, and how to blend in to a human.
He had also showed be to control my self from human blood.

I was getting pissed at Carlisle because he turned me into this. I forgot what it was like to be human. I couldn't sleep anymore, I forgot what dreams felt like. Some of my memories of a human are blurry. The one that is the sharpest is the pain of becoming a vampire.

I had to say goodbye to everyone I knew. I was slowly becoming a mature vampire instead of a newborn that I was.

I told Carlisle that I was leaving and that I wanted to be on my own. He agreed and left.

(3 months later)

I was sitting in a tree looking up at the moon. I was glad that I was on my own. My favorite thing to do is jump from tree to tree, it was amazing. Suddenly I smelt humans coming my direction, I wasn't worried. I was in the top of a tree, they couldn't see me and if they did I could just snap the first persons neck and suck the life out of the other.

"I think we should look over here for wanheda" the first guy said pointing to the left. The second guy agreed and they started to go over there. Then I leaned a little closer to get a look to see if they were ice nation, when the branch snapped and I fell. The guys looked at me in front of them.
"Look at that wanheda has found us" I jumped up and snapped the first guys neck with my super speed. Then I pushed the second guy down on the floor. He looked surprised and I let my fangs out and sucked the blood from his neck.

I pulled back and I looked into his lifeless eyes, I saw my glowing red ones.

(Next day)

I killed a bear and skinned it. I took it back to Nyla, she was a friend of mine I made a month ago and is a trader; she was the only human I had contact with and also the only one that knows what I am. I know Carlisle said not to tell, but I trusted her.

I walked in her hut. Nyla turned and smiled when she saw me "hey Clarke, how are you?" "Fine I came to give this to you". She took it and thanked me "you can have anything in here" she said. I shook my head and hugged her. I headed towards the door, but she grabbed my hand "Wait please" I turn back around. She looks at me and I know what she is thinking because I can read her mind that was my gift I can read everyone's mind.

She steps towards me and kisses me. I kissed her back. I pick her up and super speed us to her bed. I place her on the bed with me on top. I take off my clothes and she does the same.
