MINA

My night with Chaeyoung was over and I was relieved. My mom called me downstairs afterwards. I was mad at her. I felt so terrible for Dahyun. I wanted to play volleyball with her. "She's very nice. How did it go Mina?" I shrugged my shoulders.

"She said my perfume made her sick." My mom laughed. "Then I'll have to get you something new."

She pulled out her phone. "I told Dahyuns mom about everything" guilt swarmed my body. I guess it was better then me having to tell Dahyun but still she was one of my friends and chaeyoung fucked that up for me. I sweat chaeyoung didn't even pay attention the whole time I could feel her eyes on me not the math work I was writing.

"Dahyun said it was ok darling. So don't worry"
That didn't help. She probable lied, I know Dahyun would be really upset. How long this tutoring would be? I took out my phone and dialed Chaeyoungs number. I should have texted her. She was having dinner. "Mina?"

"Hi Chaeyoung"

"What?" She sounded irritated.

"How many days do I have to tutor you for?"

"I don't know.....dad come on! Damn." Her breathing was loud on the other line. "What you already sick of me. Just think your tutoring the popular girl, who gets to do that?"

"It's not my fault your dumb."

"I'm not dumb. Say that again and I'll be at that table tomorrow, perfume girl. Don't get rid of it. I like it"

"Your weird chaeyoung"

"I have to get my dad to bed. See you tomorrow. Good night tutor" I rolled my eyes at my mother who was staring right at me.

CHAEYOUNG

I chuckled at my phone as she hung up.
It was surprisingly fun to tease her. The way she would bite back was awesome. I could just imagine her face.

The unpopular girl had some fight. More like her perfume was doing the fighting. I wondered what I could get away with before she blew. The things Nayeon would do to Jeongyeon was funny so I thought I'd try some of that tomorrow during tutor time.

"You have to get tutored. That's not cool" I brushed her comment away and looked at Mina. She was looking more anxious then ever. Her hands were on her lap and her hair was up.
I wonder what happened.

"Why you always staring over there. Freak!" Jeongyeon shoved me.

"Hey hear this" They both leaned in. "She's short tempered."

They looked at Mina who was now in deep conversation with her friend. "You should fuck around with her."

"Ah Yes. She'll be pissed at you chae" evil looks came from them. It was an idea.

My apology to Dahyun was accepted. She hugged me and cheered me on. "But I don't want to help her." Chaeyoung was t someone I wanted to be around. She gave me anxiety.

"But do it anyway." Tzuyu joined in on the cheers.

"Ah ok. Stop" they laughed and a sharp pain hit my back. Chaeyoung hit me with her pencil. Her friends had smirks on there faces. I turned my head away from them sighing. "What's wrong with them..." I shook my head.

"Good luck Minari"     "Thanks..."
