Damien's pov:

I tapped my fingers down on my desk, the lecture wasn't interesting for me at all. All I could think about was Gabe.. I glanced over to his desk and unintentionally gave a long peaceful sigh. He looked as beautiful as ever...to me. His chin rested above his palm, his honey colored eyes half-lidded out of boredom causing his golden eyelashes to flutter every now and then. His beautiful outgrown hair brushing the sides of his pale neck...God, what I'd do to capture an angel like that. I never realized I was head over heals for him.

"Class dismissed!" The teacher suddenly announced, throwing me off my train of thought. Gabe and the others got up from their seats and headed towards me. "Lunch at the cafeteria or behind the school?" Amber smiled, playing with her curls. I got up and started to pack my books, " of course outside, I get social anxiety in that cafeteria-" I joked. Gabe snickered at my statement, which made my heart flutter.

I always act cool and composed in front of Gabe, so he looks up to me. I grabbed both their hands and headed out the classroom doors Whilst avoiding a group of girls who were walking towards me, I led Gabe and Amber outside. I will admit, I was popular among the females, but I never felt any attraction towards them. A tap on my shoulder made me let out a long unreasonable sigh.

"E-excuse me...D-Damien..?"

I shifted my gaze to my side, where stood a small female with jet black hair and baby blue eyes, her skin was pale and her lips grew rosy red as she bit them nervously.

"C-can we talk? O-only one minute.." she shivered and twiddled her thumbs, looking over to Gabriel who had already indulged himself in a conversation with a blonde. I rolled my eyes and sighed looking back down at the innocent girl.

"Alright, let's take this to the classroom."

I held her hand and took her to an empty classroom. I shut the door behind us and turned towards her, she was a nervous wreck...I have to be gentle..

"Well, what did you want to talk about?" I kept my voice low and smiled down softly at her. She stuttered for a moment but spoke up eventually.

"Are you...seeing someone?"

Her question threw me into confusion. "Yeah I am, why?" I scratched the back of my neck trying to process. She shut her eyes tightly and before I knew it she burst into tears.

Shit...I'm a fucking idiot.

I gently put my hands on her shoulders and frantically pulled her in for a hug. She hiccuped and sobbed tightly gripping onto my tie, Her tears staining the fabric of my shirt. I sympathetically rubbed her back giving a small shush every now and then..I was good in these type of situations since elementary school..

She soon calmed down and detactched herself from me. "I-I-I I'm sorry for breaking down l-like this I-" "Hey." I gently placed a hand on her cheek and smiled. "Don't apologize, there's plenty more fish in the sea. You're really pretty, and very sweet. You'll find someone even better than me in no time, alright?" She shakily nodded but gave me the sweetest smile.

The small female suddenly stood on her tippy toes and pecked my cheek surprising me.

"S-see you later" she quickly ran out of the classroom. When I stepped out, Gabe was there leaning against a wall.
"Didn't you go out with the others to eat?" I asked, reaching out to touch his shoulder. He suddenly slapped my head away giving me a cold glare. "Don't fucking touch me with those hands." And with that he walked away from me.

What....the hell...
