"You know, it's rude to dig through peoples minds without their permission," he said a smile still on his face.
You just look at him in surprise and confusion, "You- you can- huh?"
He laughed, "Gypsy magic, i can tell when you are trying to get into my mind."
You sere still confused, "I wasn't expecting anyone magical at this school, its so full, there's so many people." that was why you chose this school in the first place, after what happened in america, you wanted to be away from most magic.
"There aren't any others that i know of, other than my brother" he said, "But, he's not magical by blood."
I don't know about that, I thought thinking about the thoughts i had found in Narae's head before.
"What is making you feel suspicious, is it me?" he asked a worried look on his face.
You look at him again, "How did you know i was feeling suspicious?"
"Oh!" he laughed, "I'm an Empath, i can sense peoples emotions like you can sense people's thoughts, you are a mind reader right"
Now it was your turn to laugh, even though yo were new and you just met him you had the overwhelming urge to trust him. Then it hit you.
You projected your thoughts into his mind forcefully breaking through the walls he put up to keep you out, You know, its rude to mess with peoples emotions without their permission.
He turned to me an impressed smile on his face, I swear this guy always has a smile on his face, impressive, he thought back at me.
Less than a second of searching through his head, he didn't stop you, you found out his name was Jung Hoseok he was only a year older, but that was enough for you to have to use honorifics. and as he said, he is an Empathic Gypsy.
"Well, Hoseok, I'm Y/N. Nice to meet you."
