Magical Discoveries (Yoongi x Y/N)

Chapter 9

Lunch went by quickly after that and you all just made small talk trying to get to know each other more. 

Before lunch ended you all compared schedules to see what classed you guys had together. You had 4th period Advanced Mathematics with Yoongi and Namjoon. They seemed to be the geniuses of the group.   5th period Journalism you had with Hoseok. 6th period Biology you had with the whole group. Orchestra you had with Yoongi, which of course you knew because you had that class together in america too. 

You walked to 4th period with Yoongi and Namjoon. All of the thoughts of everyone around you was giving you a headache, especially after pushing yourself out so far before. Yoongi noticed this and told you, "put your earbuds in, you dont have to listen to everyone, you stretched yourself so far and this before its not good for you."

"But i don't wan-"

"Y/N/N" (Y/N/N stands for Your Nick Name by the way)

You gave up, knowing he wont let it go, but also knowing something he didn't. 

You put your music on and pushed it into his mind. Happy?  you said, looking at him with a smirk. 

That's a new trick, where did you get that from. 

I figured it out this morning. 1st period was boring and i thought of it, so i pushed it into Hobi's mind. I had to bust his guards to tell him to chill and let me do it though. 

You shouldn't be just telling anyone about your abilities, and heritage. You were lucky to stumble upon a Gypsy, let alone my brother. 

"Could you two stop mind flirting?" Namjoon interrupted. "It's kind of annoying seeing you just looking at each other and reacting, but not saying anything. Plus people might notice."

You smiled at him. You start projecting your music to him as well, "We weren't flirting. We were listening to music. 

this is ridiculous, how powerful is she? you heard him think unintentionally and since he was a very open minded person, in all senses, you sere able to let yoongi into his thoughts. 

He burst out laughing. 

"what's so funny?" Namjoon asked confused.

"Namjoon, ridiculously. She's ridiculously powerful." Yoongi replied to his dongsaeng. 

"But how-" he started but you interrupted.

"You are too open minded for your own good." you laughed. 

"I'm still confused,"

"because you are so open minded-- like you don't care who knows what you think, and you are open to new info-- i was able to project your thoughts into Yoongi's mind. it also helps that i heard you think that, and that it was about me."

"Oh!" he exclaimed and then stopped and glared. "it's rude to intrude, or even let other people intrude on what you're intruding in. 

You and yoongi laughed again. 

Once you got to class you both stopped goofing around and payed attention. This is a fast moving class. Though, you didnt' stop the music, you just hid your earbuds with your hair and lowered the volume. 

Author's Note:

This is unedited and kind of a filler chapter. 6th period it will start getting interesting. But that might be  in a chapter or two since some other important things happen in the class periods before that. 

This is a bit of a slow burn, and i hope you don't get bored of it before it really starts to get interesting.
