In the town of Evergreen there are only two classes in the people's eyes. The rich and the poor. Of course the rich stay in there mansions safe from the problems on the outside. The poor on the other hand are kidnapped and sold. Y/n is one of the unfortunate poor souls who have little money. She lives with her mother in an apartment complex (for people who live in NY the projects basically). Although she is poor, she is very intelligent and goes to one of the best schools in Evergreen, Clear Lake High. The people that go there are either rich or smart. Rarely smart mostly rich. Seth a very wealthy, sadistic man. No one knows much about him but, that he's apart of the whole buying other people thing. ( this book is not made to offend I'm going by stereotypes Enjoy💛💛)
