We talked for hours
I almost lost track of time
A women then walked in a tired expression on her face
"Hey, mom how was work?" John asked
"Stressful."she answered
Wait this women was his MOM
She looked like his sister
"Oh and I see your awake" she said looking at me with a smile
"You fed her right, sweetie" she asked John
"Yea mom" he answered
"Now we need to find out where to send her" John said
"What about her parents" she asked
John then explained my issue to her. He say I was uncomfortable talking about it
"Oh you poor thing" she said hugging me
"Any friends or other family" she asked letting go of me.
"Well their is my best friend Pearl" I said
"Do you know her number by heart" she asked.
I nodded and headed to the phone
I dialed Pearls number
It took a while but she answered
"Hello" Pearl said in her cheerful tone
"Pearl is that you" I said starting to tear up
"Oh my goddess, Y/n" she said in a surprised tone
"Do you think I could stay over" I asked
" Hell yea, my mom loves you" she said
"I'll see you tomorrow, bye" she said
"Bye" I smiled
Life is so much better
