She read some pages of the article and afterwards we felt uneasy. Lunch was ending and we were done with our food

I walked into my apartment to be greeted by my mom cooking dinner.
"Oh,hello honey how was school?" she asked with a smile
" Decent, how was yours?" I asked
Her smile turned to frown when she explained how her coworkers were dropping like flies because of rich people. She was worried we were next. After that the mood in the room went from normal to depression in just seconds.
"Anyways you came home just in time foods ready" she said in a cheerful tone. To me it felt forced. It was chicken and vegetables the usual. After we ate I went to my room to complete homework. When I was done I started to watch YouTube. There then was a loud bang then a scream. My mother's scream I started to panic. Thoughts in my head was running like wild fire. I then hid in the closet. Another loud boom was heard, It was my door. There was crashes and glass shattering then the closet doors opened.
" Sir, we've found what your looking for."
I will make another chapter later thanking a new person I'm at party and I needed to write
