*2 years later*

"Quick, get him to the NICU stat,"

The nurse takes the baby from the doctor's arms and walks briskly to another area of the operating room.

"I assure you Alex, he's fine. I'm gonna need you to keep pushing,"

Kelley looks down reassuringly towards her wife, trying to stay calm.

"He's fine baby, I can see him from here,"

Kelley can see Alex shaking from the nerves. It could also be that all of her organs are on a table beside her though...

Anyway, after Jack, Claire, Carson and Dillon turned 30 months old (a year a half), Alex and Kelley decided that they wanted to try for one more. Mind you, only one.

But of course the couple struck lucky when they found out that Alex was carrying twins...that's right, two kids. SEVEN children.

To say that life in the Morgan-O'Hara household is calm and structured would be a lie. Trust me, Alex and Kelley try their best, but something crazy always erupts.

The birth of their twins, Ryan and Olivia, was expecting to go just fine. But when baby Ryan had his umbilical chord stuck around his neck, Kelley and Alex's worries skyrocketed.

Two more pushes and the couple's third daughter Olivia Rose Morgan-O'Hara was brought into the world.

Alex got to hold Olivia right away, but they couldn't meet Ryan for another 2 hours. The doctors told Alex and Kel that he has Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome, which leads to asthma 75% of the time.

The girls are worried about their son, but are praising God that's he's here.

Two hours later, Alex and Kelley finally got to meet their handsome Ryan Thomas Morgan-O'Hara...their fourth son.

"Can you believe there's seven of them now," Alex chuckles to her wife.

"I know. We went from a basketball team to having enough family members to make up a baseball team,"

Alex laughs.

"Maybe this guy's your Cardinal," Alex plays. The football thing has become an inside joke for them now.

"As I much as I love and adore little RyGuy, he's very small..."

"Yea and so?"

"So he'd get crushed. Dillon's monster man remember? He's my Cardinal,"

"Gotcha..." Alex smiles as she looks down to the baby in her arms. "...he looks like he'd be a good swimmer,"

"Yea," Kelley agrees. "...it'd certainly help that old heart of his,"

Alex is about to comment, but the nurse comes into the hand back Olivia.

"And I'm so sorry but I'm gonna have to take Ryan for his shots,"

Alex and Kelley chat with the nurse until she finally leaves.

They then stare in awe down at Olivia.

Kelley chuckles to herself.

"What," Al says,

"It's nothing,"

"Kel, what,"

"Olivia O'Hara...our 7th child,"

"Yea?" Alex says confused.

"She's 007," Kelley laughs.

"Wow," Alex chuckles.

"We've got a spy as our daughter,"

"You and that imagination of yours," Alex laughs as she shakes her head.

Alex loves Kelley's childish imagination. She loves everything about Kelley. Her arms, her legs, her beautiful body...her eyes...her lips...her freckles. She loved her from head to toe.

"I love you," Alex says as tears stream down her face.

Kelley softly smiles as she looks towards her wife. "Aw baby, I love you too,"

They both smile at each other as they kiss.

"Pardon me again," the nurse says as she comes into the room. "I have Ryan here," she then adds as she places the baby boy in Kelley's arms.

The two women look down at their two babies...Ryan Thomas...Olivia Rose.

"This is it," Alex cries.

"This is what babe," Kelley softly smiles.

"It...this is what we've talked about,"

"It does feel like everything is going perfectly,"

"It is going perfectly..." Alex smiles. Kelley pecks her lips.

"It is...we've got the kids, the business..."

"The house," Alex finishes.

Kelley looks at her confused.

"I think we should go for it,"

"Go for..."

"Our dream house,"

"Al hold on for a second,"

"Kelley we can do it,"

"Do what Alex our twins were just born,"

"I know that...and I'm so happy right now. I love these two more than anything in the world. We can wait for a few months and then start planning. Face it Kel we can't even fit in our house now. The boy's cribs are in the living room,"

Kelley thinks for a moment.

"I like that idea," Kelley chuckles.

"Yea?"

"Yea," Alex chuckles back. "...these little ones will have some room to grow,"

"I love you...I can't wait for this adventure,"

"Me too..."

"You're my best friend...never leave me okay?"

Alex chuckles. "Why all sappy all of a sudden?"

"I just looked at you...I'm really happy too,"

"To life," Alex chuckles as she moves closer to Kel. Her wife meets her half way and kisses her.
