Why Did We Betray Him

While memories were happening in the Park household, something else is happening in the GANG.

"Argh!!!"

"Taetae? What's wrong? You having a nightmare?" A faint, soft voice responds to the loud screaming of the 25 year old man.

"Yeah. Its just another nightmare. Go back to sleep Jeonggukie," Taehyung shooed Jeongguk away. Jeongguk nodded and fell back asleep. Taehyung laid in bed, wondering about his dream. Its been 3 years since he last had that dream. Why is it back? He wondered. He decided to shrugged it off and ask Seokjin in the morning.

The next morning
Like any usual morning, Jin woke up and prepared breakfast. Then he would wake each member up. His daily routine is always like that. Except he now no longer came to a room where his old friend once occupied.

"Jin. Are you alright?" A voice brings Jin back from his memories. Standing behind him, was Namjoon, who woke up to find Jin staring down the hallway, looking straight at Jimin's room. He knew Jin missed Jimin but he couldn't let that expose their secret.

" Yes I'm fine. I just missed him," Jin replied, sadness in his voice.

"Jinnie. We talked about this. In order for us to move on, we have to forget every memory of him. Including the one in court,"Namjoon hugged Jin's waist in comfort of his boyfriend.

" I know Joonie. I know, "

" Can you two lovebirds get a room? You wouldn't want the two maknaes to see you or else they might end up losing their virginity, "Yoongi stood in the hallway, arms folded.

"Seriously Yoongi. Can't we just hug for a sec without you interrupting us. Taekook already lost their virginity,"Namjoon shook his head at Yoongi's word.

" Well I don't want any babies in my house,"

As the talk and laughter continues, the other members had came to the dining table and soon they were all slurping on their meal. The talk and laughter continues, however Taehyung had something else in mind. Jin noticed he was quiet and not his usual bubbly self.

"Taehyung. You alright? Why aren't you eating?" Tae then noticed his meal wasn't even touched.

"He just had a bad nightmare last night. He was screaming 'I'm sorry I'm sorry' It must still freak him out lol," Jeonggukie said, patting Taehyung's back.

"Is it those nightmares again?" Jin asked, worried.

"Yeah. It is."

"What nightmare? Jin hyung seem to know," Hoseok asked. He was wondering what nightmare Taehyung had.

"I know you hate this topic but remember when Taehyung told us about his nightmare, 3 years ago? He's having the same one again," Jin told everyone.

Namjoon suddenly drop his utensils and his faced turned serious. He sat up and left the dining room. Everyone was shock at this but they knew Joon has been acting like that since Jimin's death.

After breakfast, today it was Jeongguk's turn to wash the dishes. While everyone scatter to do their own things, Yoongi went to see Namjoon. He knocked on the leader's door before entering the dark, brightless room. He sigh as he approached the man with an IQ of 149,who was sitting slumped on his bed, holding a photo frame.

"Joon? Joonie?" Namjoon lift his head to see his best friend/companion standing next to him.

"I miss him hyung," Namjoon said, holding onto Jimin's picture frame. Yoongi could only nod and hugged his friend, who cried in his shoulders. As much as Namjoon hates to talk about Jimin, he knew deep down the leader still missed their dearly cheerful buddy.

Yoongi thinks to himself about the day when they testified against Jimin, putting all the evidence on the poor boy. He thought to himself Why did we betray him?
