Well, here I am, at my computer...ready to tell you all the sad news. He's gone...he passed away on Tuesday at 1:26am, the day after my grandma's birthday. It has been really nerve wrecking and hard on all of us. So I am sorry to say that this almost memoir is now a memoir. Shawn and I were close as you can tell from the course of this story. I rewrote Shawn's eulogy and it is now very touching. Shawn was a simple man and he meant the entire world to me and I wouldn't trade what little time I had left with him for the world.
