Lying Leads To Sickness Of The Mind

O um...hi I'm new to wattpad and this is like a story inspired by two other stories. dealialestina's "eccedentesiast" and RedCraftGirlBanana's "the truth behind a smile" and none of the pictures are mine. And by the way...I'm only ꏂꋪꋪꂦꋪ so I will make a few grammar or spelling mistakes sometimes but plz don't call me out on all of them I will fix them with time. But I will except constructive criticism about the story itself. So with that out of the way, to the story!

The afternoon sun glared across the livingroom through the windows. If it were any one else, they would have chosen a place to sleep where the sun wasn't glaring at them. But Sans, he was very cat-like and could sleep nearly anywhere. So he had no problem curling up on the couch in his and Papyrus' surface home and slowly drift of to sleep.

Sadly for him, not to long later he was awakened by his brother's loud and boisterous voice calling out his name. "SANS! WAKE UP!"
Sans jolted upright on the couch and blinked multiple times before registering what was happening around him."hmm? What is it paps?" He said with grogginess dripping from his voice.

"WE MUST GO TO THE PARK ARE FRIENDS ARE THERE WAITING FOR US! WE ARE HAVING A PICNIC!" Papyrus answered excitedly.

Sans sighed. "K, paps. Give me a minute." He responded grunting as he pushed himself up off the couch.

" *HUFF* OKAY LAZY BONES. I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU OUTSIDE. DON'T GO BACK TO SLEEP!"

Sans smiled at that.

"Heh. Okay bro. Be right out."

"OKAY." Papyrus said walking out the front door of their surface home.

Sans saw Papyrus sitting on the last step waiting like a puppy would for their owner to come home.

"UGH! FINALLY! WHAT TOOK SO LONG?" Papyrus asked with slight annoyance.

"Well you know me paps...I don't have the GUTS to move any faster." Sans said with a smirk.

Papyrus blinked. And then let loose a scream the neighbors could probably hear.

"AHHHHHHHHH! SANS WHY?! THAT ONE WAS WORSE THAN USUAL!"

"But you're smiling."

"I AM AND I HATE IT!"

The brothers then proceeded to walk off towards the park.

Sans was a few paces behind Papyrus so Papyrus turned around and picked Sans up to carry him on his back.

"...uhh bro I can walk."

"YES, YOU CAN AND YOU WALK TOO SLOW." Papyrus said with a matter-of-factly tone.

And with that Papyrus rushed off with his brother on his back towards the park their friends were.

"SUP' PUNKS!" Undyne called to them as she saw them arrive.

"HELLO, FRIENDS!" Papyrus called back upon arrival.

He was met with a series of 'hi's and 'hello's from their friends.

Papyrus set Sans down on the picnic blanket and then seated himself.

"OH, AND BY THE WAY, I BROUGHT MY NEW LASAGNA I MADE TODAY FOR THE PICNIC!" The exuberant monster said happily as he conjured a tin pan of lasagna seemingly out of nowhere.

"Oh, how kind of you, dear." Toriel said setting the tin pan of lasagna with the rest of the food.

"Awww paps! I should've brought some ketchup." Sans piped up with slight disappointment.
