I am going to tell you about Whisper and lilac's quirks since I feel like doing that instead of writing a new chapter.
Whisper was quirkless until she was adopted by the league of villans. After years of training along side lilac and the league, she was strong enough for the quirks she was givin. Whisper's quirks are Werewolf and Dark flame.
The quirk Werewolf gives the user the ability to turn into a full wolf. They grow ears and a tail that match the color of the person's hair. They can make their wolf appendages disappear and reapear. This quirk also gives the user 5 times the amount of strength they already had.
The quirk Dark flame allows the user to control dark flames. The flames can turn anything it has hostile intentions toward into ash. If the user doesn't have hostile intent towards something, then the person or item won't turn to ash.
Lilac was also quirkless until she was adopted by the league. She trained with Whisper and got two quirks after training as well. Her quirks are Black cat and Purple fire.
Black cat is similar to Werewolf but instead the user has cat appendages and can turn into a black cat. The user also gets 5 times more strength then before.
Purple fire allows the user to control purple fire but it turns the enemy into purple flowers. Only if the user feels hostile towards the person will they turn in to flowers.
That is lilac and Whispers quirks for you guys and I'm sorry I don't feel like making and actual chapter anyway love ya
