The First Day of School

"Hikari! Your going to be late for school!"
Hikari wakes up frantically and starts to dress. Hikari actually liked his school because it didn't have a strict dress code. He goes down stairs to thank his mother for waking him up and grabs the lunch his mom has made for him and rushes to school. His mom actually works at the school as the school nurse but she goes into work later into the day. Hikari finally makes it into his class room and takes the only seat that isn't taken.
"Hey aren't you the principals son?"
Hikari turns around to answer the person behind him.
"Yeah why"
"Well I don't think your setting a good example for your other classmates," he says in a sarcastic tone.
"Well I guess that's one way you can introduce yourself." Hikari says.
"I'm just joking! Do you not know what sarcasm is?"
Hikari looks at him with an upset face.
"Well now that I know what sarcasm, what is your name stranger."
"The name is Machigai and my power is that I can control other people by touching them. And your name is Hikari and your powers are super strength and healing. Am I right?"
Hikari looks at him with a surprised face and is about to ask how he knows that when
"Well of course he's going to know your name when your dad is the principal and your mom is the schools nurse. And my name is Eden and I can create metal and make it do my bidding." Said Eden.
     "Oh well that makes sense..." Hikari said with a little confusion in his voice.
     They talked a little more until their teacher entered the room. His name was Exen Excalibur and his power was the ability to use The Holy Sword of Excalibur. His power is one of the rarest in the world. He came in with a great big smile. He had long blonde hair and was wearing his armor which he called his Excalibur suit. He was kinda obsessed with Excalibur. As Exen spoke to the class about a power show off tomorrow, Hikari noticed the girl he sat next to. When he was talking to Eden and Machigai behind him, the girl next to him never introduced herself. She didn't look like a hero which confused Hikari. She was wearing raggedy clothes, boots, and had long brown hair with horns coming out of her head.
     "You know it's rude to stare at people. At least introduce yourself first." She says
     Startled Hikari says, "oh I'm so sorry, mine name is Hikari."
     She put her hand out for a handshake and said, "my name is Akuma and you said mine instead of my."
     Hikari's face goes red and he shakes her hand.

     The school day ends and everyone walks home. Hikari starts walking home when he sees Akuma walking alone.
     "Ok Hikari don't get nervous just have friendly conversation with her and don't mess it up!" Says Hikari in his head. "She's so different that I think being friends with her might be interesting."
     Hikari runs up to her and says hi. They have a really good conversation until they have to go their own ways. As Akuma is walking a portal appears in front of her and a dark figure comes out it. Akuma backs up from the portal and prepares for a fight.
     "There's no need for you to be alarmed." Says the dark figure. "I know how you hate heroes and I do too so I think we can help each other."
     "Why should I trust you?!" Akuma says still in a fighting stance.
     "Because I know we'll both get something we want. So what do you say will you help me."
     "I....uhm....I will help you...."
