It didn't come as a surprise to you to spot Izuku dozing off at the library.

With his arms and head propped on the desk, a trail of drool out his mouth, and the scattered notebooks and a variety of colored pens on his desk, it was painfully obvious he had been studying for far too long. Even though the bags under his eyes were ever so present, the stress and worry etched on his face were washed away by the serene calmness you didn't know he possessed until now.

Your mouth curved into a smile, happy to see the poor boy finally able to catch up on rest. With all the piling school works, harsh training he had to endure everyday, and the League of Villains' random appearances, the hero in training needed well deserved rest; even if it was here at the library.

You quietly took a seat on an empty chair in front of him, fixing Izuku's cluttered stationary into a neat pile, giving more space for his arms and for your own things. You took out your notes for your English exam tomorrow, and you already felt like you wanted to join Izuku with your own slumber.

Taking one last glance at boy in la la land, with his soft snores and the distant chatter on the background the only music filling the hushed atmosphere, you finally decided to start being productive and actually do some studying.

Massaging your throbbing temples, you skimmed the last page of your lecture. No matter how hard you tried to understand the chicken scratch scribbled on the paper, the words just seemed to blur together. You blinked rapidly, pressing your forehead onto the notebook, as if that could magically imprint it on your memory.

Maybe the reason why not a single information entered your mind was because of the distracting sight of a certain green haired classmate who still is in deep sleep. You admit, you spent majority of the time stealing glances on his cute little face rather than your notes.

You leaned back on your chair and glanced at the ceiling, forcing yourself to stop being a creep.

Perhaps it was how the soft orange rays of the sun setting seeping into the window softly kissing his freckled face, the cute twitching of his nose ever so often as dreams passed by on his mind, or the strands of curly hair softly framing his face was what kept distracting you.

Or maybe Izuku Midoriya was just too damn adorable in general for your poor heart to handle.

Slowly putting your things back in your bag, your gaze was still shamefully lingering on Izuku. You stifled a yawn and rubbed your bleary eyes, thoughts now becoming groggy and incoherent. You stood back, pushing the chair back, careful not to make any sound. With your bag lazily slung on your shoulder, you strode around the table, stopping right beside the boy.

You crouched down, head in level with his. Seconds passed as you examined every freckle dusting his cheeks to the healing cuts symbolizing all his hard work and determination on his face, a small wave of courage swelled up your chest.

Well, 'Plus Ultra'; as what All Might always says.

With eyes screwed shut, you slowly leaned forward, and your lips finally met his temple.

It only lasted for what felt like two seconds as you abruptly pulled away, heat creeping up your cheeks.

P-Plus Ultra...

You shakily stood up, not forgetting to ruffle his soft hair, hopeful that along with the short peck, it could give you some luck and energy for tomorrow.

"Goodluck, Izuku."

You wish of good luck for everything that was yet to come through his road to becoming a hero. Because you know, every small step of the way, Izuku is slowly, yet surely turning into one.

You walked out the library, and what you didn't notice was a certain green haired boy wide awake, stutters slipping out of his mouth whilst desperately covering his flushed face with his hands.

That boy truly is a lucky charm.

Maybe next time, you could try going for his lips.
