At lunch when we were walking to the lunch hall I saw y/n looking at a prom poster and felt bad so I decided I was going to ask her to prom since I knew she didn't have anyone else to go with since she couldn't go as friends with yeji since she didn't come to our school anymore.
I tapped her shoulder and she apologised for holding us up.
Zeyu: y/n
Y/n: oh sorry zeyu
Zeyu:no it's fine I know that you just had a breakup and everything but would you like to go to prom with me
Y/n: AAAA YESSSSS OF COURSE I CANT WAIT
Zeyu:yaaaay lol
Y/n:thank you zeyu you've been there for me through all of this thank you so much (imagine it has been a couple of weeks or whatever and it's the end of the year)

Mingrui's pov
I was walking with Jennie and I saw zeyu ask y/n if she wanted to go to prom with him and she seemed really excited and said yes then gave him the biggest hug I wish that was me but I'm already going with Jennie so

I'm going to prom with zeyu and I can't wait I've always wanted to go to prom but I've never had a date to go with so I've always stayed home and had a sleepover with yeji and Lisa but that was until Jennie took Lisa but I don't like thinking of that.

I'm actually gonna die I can't wait for tomorrow like my first prom with one of the only people who cares about me. Your probably wondering why I don't talk to mingrui anymore cuz he got a new gf well i don't know why he would after I told him about how badly she bullied me but he still did and there's your explanation anyway school again today and I'm dreading it coz I know today will go so slow because I'm excited for tomorrow.
I've got all my dress ready now to get today and tomorrow over with then it's tomorrow night yaaaaaaay
