Dan's P.O.V.
I awoke with a start, the light from the window hitting my eyes. I look down at my chest, and I see Phil laying there, his hair all frizzy. I smile and stroke his cheek with my hand. Phil's eyes flicker open, and he looks up at me.
"Good morning babe." he says, and he kisses my neck. I flinch as his lips meet my skin. I can feel him smile and he stops.
"So, what do you want to do today, Daniel?" He asks me. I frown at him for using my middle name.
"Hmm, I don't know, PHILIP" I say. He frowns and I laugh. He then later laughs along with me.
"Maybe we could go to the carnival, since it's open today?" He says. I nod and I get out of bed.
"Where are you going?" He asks me, looking at me with those puppy dog eyes. I smile at him.
"I'm going to get dressed, love. You should too. We can cuddle for a bit after, ok?" I say to him. He nods, frowning a bit. I shake my head at him. Oh Phil...
~time skip~
"ooh Dan look! Can we get some, please?" Phil asks me, pointing at the cotton candy stand, and sounding like a 5 year old. I nod and he runs over to it, pulling me along with him.
"How many?" The lady at the stand asks. I put up 2 fingers and she nods and starts up the machine. As she is making the cotton candy, Phil's pupils grow large. I can tell he's very excited.
"Here you go, that would be £5 please." She says. I dig out the money from my pocket and hand it to her. In return, she gives me and Phil our cotton candy. Phil then runs off, to a nearby bench.
"C'mon Dan, sit down!" I nod, saying that I'm coming.
"You know Phil," I say, sitting down and panting."I don't have much energy like you."
He nods and laughs, and he eats his cotton candy. I start to dig into mine as well.
After we've finished, we walk over to this big Carousel, which Phil really wants to go on.
"Would you boys like to get on now? There isn't a line right now, since the carnival is almost closing." The man says to us. Phil looks at me with pleading eyes. I sigh and nod a 'yes' to the man so he could let us in.
Phil chooses a blue horse, and I choose a black one. Very original for me, I know.
When the man starts up the ride, Phil is screaming with joy. I smile at his child-like behavior.
When Phil's horse gets close to mine, He leans over and pecks my lips, and then leaves on his horse. I smile at him and he smiles back.
I'm glad we went to the carnival.

We finally get home, and I sit down on the couch in the lounge, and grab my mac. Phil comes over and lays down on my shoulder.
"Thank you Dan, for a wonderful day." He says. I kiss his temple and pull him closer to me.
"You're welcome, Phil."
