Chapter 7

I open my eyes and see myself in the guys' living room, lying on the couch full of bandages on my head, arms, and left thigh.

I see Mikey out of the bathroom and sees me, happy.

"GUYS, GUYS! SHE'S UP!" And he runs up to me giving me a gentle, tight hug.

I giggle and hug him slowly.

Raph and the others are all around me, even Master Splinter.

"Are you alright, Claresa?" Sensei asks with a worried look on his face.

"A...little sore, but intact." I said smiling.

Mikey lets go of the hug and Raph is on his knees holding my right hand.

"You sure you're alright?" He asks squeezing my hand lightly.

I giggle and close my eyes.

"I'm certain, just a little...." I fall asleep not finishing the sentence.

"She needs rest." Donny said holding his left arm.

"Donatello's right." Sensei says. "Let's give her some privacy and rest will be assured to her."

"I'll stay. Leo and Raph said at the same "I'll stay. time.

Their eyes meet in rage flames and stare.

"We'll both stay and watch her." Leo says to Sensei, eyes still at Raph's.

"Hmm..." Sensei says rubbing his beard, suspiciously.

"Very well, my sons. Watch her carefully."

"Hai!"

"Hai!"

Sensei opens his dojo and closes it gently, silence filling in the layer.

Mikey and Donny look at each other, shrugging and head to their rooms, doing whatever they usually do.

Raph and Leo face me, as I snooze like a baby rabbit and Leo joins Raph, sitting on his knees next to him and watch me.

"You never answered my question, you know." Leo whispers looking at Raph, smiling with one eyebrow up.

Raph widens his eyes and blushes redder than his mask.

"Uh.. shut up!" He snaps in whisper and punches Leo's right shoulder.

Leo rubs it, massaging the bruise and pouts.

"I do." Leo says confessing.

Raph looks at Leo surprised.

"You do?"

"Yea, it's one of the reasons why I kissed her and how I sometimes feel unusual."

"But you're hardly around her."

"That's because you always hog her up and spend more time with her than training."

Raph blushes and looks the other way, facing me.

I open my eyes halfway and see Raph and Leo whispering. I close them and listen.

"It's not like that." Raph starts to shake his head and looks down.

"It's true I spend a lot of time with her, but I actually don't like spending time in public, you know?"

Raphie.

"I know how you feel." Leo said putting his hand on Raph's left shoulder.

"Even though I don't spend time with her, I still have feelings for her and attend to protect her with not just my life, but all of ours. Even against the Shredder and Kraang."

Kraang?

Raph smiled halfway and holds Leo hand from his shoulder.

"Thanks, bro."

"Anytime." Then Leo faces me.

"You can take over. I'll be in my room."

"Alright."

Raph sees Leo walk to his room and faces me, looking at my lips.

He opens his mouth slowly and leans close, fixing to kiss me.

Then he stops and leans back shaking his head.

Not when she's sleeping. Not when she's sleeping.
