Chapter 32

Shai only walked inside and trembled. She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists tightly
Damnit...I'm fucked...grrrrr
"Now how am I going to explain it to her...? She must be suspicious now..." Shai said. She shook her head and trembled
Stop it! Stop looking at me like that! I'll kill you! I will kill you! Stop looking at me like that!
Flashback
Shai was in her room holding her puppy. Her little puppy only whimpered and licked her chin
"Heh...thanks for being here for me" Shai said and petted him softly. The small pup barked softly and panted softly. Shai smiled at him then looked at the door
"Why do you keep accusing me of that?! I already told you I didn't had nothing to do with it!" Shailung shouted
"Do you think I'll believe your stupid and pathetic lies?!" Kallen exclaimed
"I swear I am not lying to you this time!" Shailung said
"Like I'll ever believe you! You're a damn liar!" Kallen said
"Believe whatever you want then! I don't fucking care anymore!" Shailung said as he stomped out of the door heading outside
"Fine! Peace you fucking asshole!" Kallen shouted. Shai only flinched and trembled. She got out of bed and walked to the door. She opened it and stepped out of the room. She walked to the stairs and stood there watching her mother. Kallen sighed and sat down on the couch in tears
"What am I going to do? What am I going to do...?" Kallen asked. She trembled as she kept looking down. Shai whimpered and walked downstairs. She walked up to her mother trembling a little
"M-mom? Is everythi-"
"No! Leave now immediately!" Kallen shouted which made Shai flinch
"B-but mom I only-"
"Leave! Now!" Kallen shouted as she stood up. Shai's eyes widen and ran away with tears in her eyes. Her puppy began to bark and whimper. Shai ran inside her room and shut the door. She looked down seeing her pup and reached her arms out as she wrapped her arms around her puppy. Her puppy whimpered and began to lick her cheek. Shai trembled and held onto her puppy
'Wh-why is this happening to me?'

You fucking hated me and dad for no reason...it's your fault. All your fault...
"Ugh...my head" Shai mumbled as she rubbed her head softly. She trembled a little and leaned against the wall

"Shai? Shai?" Himeko asked as she looked around. Shai's eyes widen and looked up
"H-himeko..." Shai mumbled and walked up to her
I-I want to hold her...in my arms...f-feel her w-warmth...
"Ah Shai you're-"
"Himeko-chan..." Shai said as she wrapped her arms around her. Himeko blushed deeply and hugged her back
Sh-she's shaking!? Is she okay?
"Sh-shai are you okay? D-did something happen?" Himeko asked
"N-no...just hold me...please" Shai said and whimpered softly. Himeko didn't understand what was going on but she held Shai closely
"Shai...please tell me what's going?" Himeko asked
"No...not now. Later...please?" Shai asked. Himeko sighed deeply and held her closely and tightly
"Fine...but you promise you'll tell me?" Himeko asked
"Yes...I promise" Shai said
"Okay then..." Himeko said and smiled a little. Shai smiled and held Himeko closely
Forgive me Himeko...for being such a weakling

Mitsuko and Mei only stood there speechless. Matsuri only looked down and sighed deeply
Shit...I said too much...didn't I?
"Haha it was always your fault..." She whispered. Matsuri's eyes widen and looked in front of her seeing the pink devil
Shut up...it's all in my head...leave...leave!
"Are you still avoiding the fact that it was you who caused her death?" The pink haired devil said. Matsuri trembled and gritted her teeth. There was a reason she hated talking about the past. Matsuri never got over her mother's death. She still blamed herself for her death. She still thought it was her fault. She even thought that she was the one who killed her mother. Hallucinations from the past would come back to her mind and terrify her. Especially her past self. Matsuri soon realized that it was her very own fault for playing around and messing around. If she hadn't messed around outside then none of that would've happened
"Face it...you caused her death. Accept it..." She giggled
Stop...showing yourself in front of me! I got rid of you...I changed! I've changed! I'm  a different person!
"Heh...but you can't get rid of that memory. You still have to face the truth...we were the ones killing her" She giggled. Matsuri trembled and jumped feeling someone's hand on her shoulder
"M-matsuri is everything okay?"
Mitsuko asked as she looked at her concerned
"I'm fine. No need to worry about me..." Matsuri said as she forced a smile
"Matsuri we're here for you. If there is anything going on you can tell us right away" Mei said
"Heh...thanks but...it's nothing. Come on...we should head back" Matsuri said as she walked away. Mei and Mitsuko followed their little Omega still feeling concerned. Mei looked down and thought for a moment
What can I do to cheer her up? Ugh...think think think! Wait a sec...
Flashback
"Hey Mei wanna get a crepe?" Yuzu asked as she smiled
"Sure" Mei said. Mei and Yuzu were on a date together then went to get their crepe. After ordering their crepe, the two were eating together. Yuzu blushed deeply as she kept staring at Mei especially her lips. She gulped and felt her heart beat fast
'Gosh...she is so beautiful. I'm so lucky to have a sexy girlfriend like Mei'
Mei kept eating but felt Yuzu staring at her
"Yuzu...why are you staring at me? Is there something on my face?" Mei asked
"Wh-what? Hehe no it's just...I can't help but keep staring at you. You have a beautiful face and pretty eyes" Yuzu said and smiled as she blushed. Mei only looked down as she kept eating her crepe
'At least smile at me Mei!'
"Anyways Mei...where do you want to go next?" Yuzu asked
"Hm? I'm not so sure..." Mei said and finished up her crepe. Yuzu smiled and giggled a little
'She really loves crepes...'
"I thought we could go to the park you know? And have a little walk together" Yuzu said
"Sure" Mei said
"Hey Mei..." Yuzu said
"Hm? Yes?" Mei asked
"Are you happy?" Yuzu asked
"What?" Mei asked as she looked at her
"W-well...it's just that during the whole time we were together you never smile" Yuzu said
"Oh..." Mei said
"Can't you at least smile for me?" Yuzu asked
"W-well..." Mei said as she blushed a little
"Awww please Mei. I want to see you smile and be happy" Yuzu said as she smiled brightly
"I-I suppose..." Mei said as she looked away blushing a little. Yuzu noticed her blush and smiled
'Awwww she's blushing! So cute!'
"You're so cute Mei" Yuzu said
"Onee-chans!" Matsuri said and smiled brightl walking in with her strawberry parfait
"M-matsuri?" Yuzu asked
"Hey Yuzu-chan and Mei-san" Matsuri said and giggled. She walked up to them and looked at Mei
"So...have you two done it?" Matsuri asked
"E-eh? Done what?" Yuzu asked
"Sex" Matsuri said. Yuzu's eyes widen and blushed deeply
"Don't say it out loud!" Yuzu exclaimed as she blushed deeply
"Oh? So you two haven't done it. Hm not surprised" Matsuri said and took a bite of her parfait
"Do you always eat that everyday?" Yuzu asked
"Yes. I love sugar but strawberry parfait will always be my favorite. Hehe it always cheers me up" Matsuri said and smiled brightly

That's it! I remember there was a place nearby...but where?
Mei looked around and spotted the place
There it is!
"M-matsuri how about I get you something to eat?" Mei asked
"Hm? What?" Matsuri asked
"Well I mean...you didn't finish your ice cream so I thought maybe to buy you a strawberry parfait to make you feel better" Mei said. Matsuri's eyes widen and smiled softly
Heh...I guess she remembers that I like strawberry parfait. She's so cute especially with that expression
"Sure. I would love to" Matsuri said
"Great. Come with me" Mei said
"Okay" Matsuri said and walked away but Mitsuko stayed behind
"Hey senpai aren't you coming?" Matsuri asked
"Hm? No thanks. I'll head back" Mitsuko said
"Eh? Well okay then" Matsuri said and Mei took her away. Mei turned around and gave her a smirk
"Weak..." Mei said mouthing out the words. Mitsuko stood there alone and gritted her teeth
Damnit...what the hell is going on with me? Wh-why did I let her go like that!?
Flashback
Mitsuko trembled as she saw her mother in the hospital bed
"Mama..." Harumin cried as she held her hand. Soha smiled weakly and held Harumin's hand
"Harumi I'm okay..." Soha said and stroked her hair softly
"B-but I'm worried about you..." Harumin said and whimpered. She buried her face on the bed and Soha smiled as she began to stroke her hair softly
"I'll be okay Harumi" Soha said as she smiled softly. Harumin trembled and looked up at her with her teary hazel eyes. Mitsuko had tears I'm her eyes and she walked up to the bed. Soha looked at her and smiled warmly
"Y-you'll be okay right?" Mitsuko asked as tears rolled down her cheeks. Soha smiled warmly at her daughter and nodded
"Of course I'll be" Soha said
"You'll soon b-be with us at home?" Harumin asked
"Yes sweetie" Soha said as she smiled and caressed their cheeks softly
"Time to get going" Their grandmother said
"M-mom can't we stay w-with you?" Harumin asked
"I'm sorry sweetie but you can't" Soha said and stroked her hair softly
"We promise to visit you tomorrow" Mitsuko said as she held her hand. Soha wrapped arms around both her daughters
"Girls...please promise to stay strong and protect each other" Soha said
"Of course m-mama" Harumin said hugging her back
"And Mitsuko...promise me that you will be yourself. It's okay if you're not brave or strong. Being Alpha doesn't mean any of that. Being Alpha means to be protect and care for your family. So please Mitsuko...promise me that you will never forget that" Soha said
"I-I promise..." Mitsuko said
"Good. I love you both so much. Don't forget that" Soha said
"We won't" Harumin said
"We will never forget" Mitsuko said
"Girls we have to get going" The old woman said
"Bye mama!" Harumin said
"Bye mom. We'll see you tomorrow" Mitsuko said
"Okay girls" Soha said smiling brightly at them. Soon the doors closed, Soha began to cry. She covered her face as tears kept rolling down her cheeks
"G-girls...please forgive your weak mother..." Soha cried
'Mitsuko...please take good care of your sister. Please...'
After the girls went home, tragedy happened. The Taniguchi ended up getting the horrible news about Soha's death. Those news ended up breaking the two sister's heart into pieces. The worse part of it all was that Harumin and Mitsuko were separated since Hojo only wanted Mitsuko. Harumin ended up living with her grandmother while Mitsuko stayed alone with her father. Mitsuko was in her room crying. Her door opened and she saw her father
"Enough with this nonsense Mitsuko. Stop being such a crybaby" Hojo said. Mitsuko trembled and looked down as she kept crying
"You are an Alpha, Mitsuko. Now act like one" Hojo said
"Your fault..." Mitsuko said as she got out of the bed
"Hm?" Hojo asked
"You never cared for Mama! You killed her!" Mitsuko shouted
"I killed her? Haha" Hojo chuckled softly and walked up to Mitsuko. Mitsuko trembled in fear and stepped back
"She was weak. She was never an Alpha. Never was and never will be. You're right. I never cared for her. I was only using her and now that she's gone...you can start training" Hojo said
"N-no! I won't! Mama said being Alpha means-"
SLAP!
Cries began to fill the entire house as Hojo began to beat up his daughter until she started bleeding. Mitsuko trembled on the ground coughing blood. Tears rolled down her cheeks and Hojo only wiped his fist
"Anyways...you better start training or else you'll end up weak as your mother. Maybe one day you could try and fight back" Hojo said as he walked away and out of his room. Mitsuko only cried on the floor with blood dripping from her mouth
'Mama...I miss you! I need you! I'm terrified! Scared! I'm not brave! I'm weak! Mama! Please help me!'
End Of Flashback
Mitsuko trembled as tears built up in her eyes. She looked down seeing the little Mitsuko smiling at her but behind her stood the teenage Mitsuko covering her the little girl's eyes
"What a pathetic weakling..." The teenage Mitsuko whispered. Mitsuko only looked away and walked away
