Crumble

sleep

I know not everyone has been reading but I am still going to keep going I'm happy with how everything is coming along. This chapter  is a bit short but I will make it up to everyone.

Emerald walked inside weakly but thanks to her girl's she  was able to get to the room, Emerald could barely stand on her own, she was never this weak not even after days, weeks, or even months without sleep while at war the longest she had been awake was 3 months with no sleep. The girls helped the green gem into bed. Emerald was wearing a black tan top, gray yoga pants marbled with black and white, and Nike sneakers. 

She was laid down in bed to rest some more they were all worried about their lover, she had been sleeping almost a whole month  but the doctor did say that she would be sleeping for weeks or even months sense she was so weak and the bite Emerald got from the beast only seemed to make her condition worsen and she was getting weaker, it was very deep to the point they had to do surgery on her thigh to stop the bleeding from all sides it would leave a very noticeable scare on her thigh and if her confidence was low they worried it would get even lower after this.

They all looked at the green women as she laid in bed completely asleep with her grade up yet still down they never understood how she could do that. Selenite rested her hand on her chest she was so worried that Emerald wouldn't recover seeing her beloved like this was like looking at her worst nightmare come to life once again she didn't want to go throw it all again. She felt a hand on her shoulder but, she didn't need to look back to know it was Topaz she knew the touch." What are we going to do if she doesn't get better soon....." She asked close to tears.

T: Don't cry hun she will, we all know she is strong and there is nothing that can keep her down.

C: Except maybe this." She said to herself not letting the others hear her words because if they did she knew all to well that Sele and Paz would worry their heads off. She started thinking back to what the doctor said to her 3 days ago.

Flashback .

Citrine watched as her girls slept soundly it was 11:57 P.M. and  she couldn't sleep with the many thoughts and questions running throw her head feeling the worry and anxiety running throw her body and the pain she feared that was soon to come, her chest was aching, her heart hurting more and more with every passing second tears running down her cheeks the door was a suddenly open, the yellow gem whipped away her tears and  glanced over.

S: My apologist for coming at such a late hour in the night, but I have some news about your wife." She said softly careful not to wake the other sleeping gems as she spoke." My name is Sunny I'm  Emerald's doctor, I need to speck with you and the rest of your girls please if that is possible."

C: You can speck with me I don't want to wake the others while they sleep...It's been a long while sense they slept this well." She said standing up and walking out with the doctor  shutting the door behind them silently, Citrine looked up at Sunny." What is going on."

S: Now then first off your wife is going to be okay but, there is something we are worried about though. We did scans, blood test, and a brain scan they all showed something has changed in her system but we have no idea what it is, when we redid the test a second time it was inconclusive. What ever it is you have to keep an eye on her we aren't sure if it is life threatening or not but you have to stay close to her, watch her whatever it takes."

Citrine clenched her first listening to the sunstone gem in front  of her ." Do you have any idea what it can do to her." The yellow gem kept her eye's on Sunny as her face changed.

S: We aren't sure Citrine, but we do worry that what ever it is, may change her some how and by the time we find out what it is it could be to late."

End of flashback.

Citrine looked at her green lover as she laid in bed in a deep sleep her beautiful green skin was now pale, her lips that always had a smiled frowned, she was a whole other gem and non of them liked it. Emerald was always the pain one to smile and make other's laugh she was a very lovable women/ Gem.

Mind Citrine: What did Sunny mean by it may changer Emerald will she lose her memories? will she forget she is a gem? what, what is it why dose it seem like with every passing moment she looks less and less like herself. My green little bunny( Emerald is older -_-) what did you see on that planet, what did that thing do  to you? and what was it doing on that planet." Theses where all questions she had and needed answers to but she wasn't the only one who had these questions Sunny and the girls had They had to know what happened on that planet.

S: Girls I think we are all thinking the same think here." The blue gem said as she looked at the others." We all want to know what happened to Em but right now is not the time and I think you all agree with me." She room and covered the green gem." Right now what matter is Emerald getting rest and recovering in due time we will find out what happened to her and on that planet."

T: I agree but, If we want to find out what happened their we may have to talk to the remaining gem that came back from the mission and see what they have to say about that.

C: They won't talk to us or anyone for that matter after Em brought that head back I can almost guarantee that they will not live very long and if they do I'm more then sure that the Diamond will have wiped their memories or even rejuvenate them, They won't remember a think.

T: You'r right, Well I know that Yellow is taking that Planet and I will be going to help clean up but after today I have a feeling the days will be pushed back a few days or even months, My point  is that if we wanted to know what happened on that planet  we are going to have to go ourselves and find out what exactly those beast were, what they where doing, and what was on that things mouth." 

They all looked at each other then their beloved as she laid in bed, They nodded in agreement they have to do this fast and if Sunny would help them it would help even more.

C: We can do this and we can accomplish this together." They all smiled nodding to each other but noun of them could be ready for what was to home. Emerald opened her eyes as they flashed a light purple before returning to the light green they where. What was coming?

Wow something is coming and they don't even know it, What is happening to Emerald will she end up shattered, lost, guess you'll have to wait and see.
