My alarm on my phone went off. "Turn that shit off."Kira said. I turned it off and got up. "Come on kehlani."I said and she got up. I picked out my clothes and went into our bathroom. I played music and got in the shower. When I got out I put my clothes on and put my hair in a bun and did my edges. Kehlani went in the shower and put her clothes on. I went back in the room and put on my shoes. "We going to work whore."I said. "Be up when I get back."I said nudging Kira. "Okay bitch."she said flipping over.

I closed the door and we went downstairs. "Where y'all bouta go this early."marcus said. "We got work."kehlani said. "Where y'all work."jay said. "Pacsun."I said. "Awl can I get a discount."he said. "My blood father is here momma we'll be back later."I said. We walked outside and got in his car. "Hate that big chunky fat nigga."I said putting my seat belt on. My dad laughed. "Niggas a bird."I said getting on my phone.
"I'll be back to get y'all."my dad said. "Ight dad love you."I said getting out. "Bye daddy."kehlani said. "Love y'all too."he said then pulled off. We walked in the mall and went to pacsun. "Wassuh."I said to Brianna. "Hey."she said. I went behind to the back and clocked in. I came back out and went behind the counter. I put one of my earbuds in and played some music but I had to turned it down a lil so I could hear everyone.
I seen xavier and some of his friends walk in. "Do you have xxxentacion shirt."some little girl said. "Uh I think so um kehlani can you help her."I said. She nodded. "Um go right over there to her."I said pointing at her. Xavier came over and had hella clothes with him. "Is this everything."I said. "Yuh."he said smirking. I started scanning his clothes then folding them. "Your total is 238.78."I said pressing buttons. He counted his money and gave it to me. I recounted it and he gave me an extra 100. "You have me extra."i said giving it back to him. He shook his head and waved me for me to come closer. So I did and he whispered in my ear, "that's for yo fine ass."he said. I shook my head and rolled my eyes. "Thanks but im not accepting that your not my nigga."I said. "I could be tho."he said. "Xavier take the money back."I said giving it to him. He took it and put it in his pocket. I put his clothes in the bag and put his money in the register. I gave him his change and receipt.
"Here's you stuff."I said giving him his bag. "Thanks ima see you at school."he said. "Okay."I said. "Damn ma you find ash."some boy said. "Yeah nigga she is and she mine."xavier said. I stayed quite but ima say something Monday tho. "Yeah okay nigga."he said. Xavier looked at me and smiled. They all left and I continued to work.
After work....
I clocked out and waited for kehlani to come out. "Wassuh Vadah."drake said causing me to turn around. "Drakey."i said jumping on him. "Get yo small ass off me."he said. I got off him and gave him a stank face. "You irritating but where you been."I said. "Nah where you been."he said. "Locked in the house."I said. "Hey drake."kehlani said. "Wassuh Kai."he said giving her a side hug. "My ride here so ima bouta dip."drake said. "Okay."we said and he ran off. We waited hella long for our dad and he didn't come so we jus catch the bus
We got off the bus and walked home. We walked in the house and everyone was quite and sitting in the living room. "What's wrong."kehlani said. "Sit down please."my momma said. We sat down next to Kira. "Uh your dad got shot."my momma said. "He's been shot a lot of times."Kira said. My momma put her head down. "Nah Nah stop playin momma."I said. "Is he okay."kehlani said. "He was shot multiple times in his chest."she said. I started crying. "Well let's go to see him."I said. No one said nothing. "Let's go see him."I said again. "I'm not going up there."she said. I texted kayla asking if she could come get us. She said she'll up up the street in 5. "I'm going up there momma."I said standing up. She shook her head and I nodded.
Me n the girls got in the car and Kayla took us to the hospital. "What happened."she said. "Our dad got shot."I said crying. She went faster and got us there in 5 minutes.
"I need to see marcel Williams."I said. "He's um hold on."she said. She whispered something to the lady and the other lady got up. "Go sit over there ma'am."she said to us. We sat down and waited. "Marcel Williams's family."the doctor said. "That's us."I said standing up. "I'm sorry."he said looking at us. "No no no no no."I said crying harder. "Would y'all like to see him."he said. "Yeah."kayla said.
We went to his room and he was jus laying there. I held his hand and cried harder. "I'll give y'all a moment."he said leaving. "I love you papa."Kehlani said. The girls were crying too. "We love you so much."Kira said. "You were our superhero and our everything."I said. "Y'all he's not supposed to be in this position he's supposed to be here with us."Kira yelled sobbing. We all hugged her. "He's in a better place now sissy."I said crying. "It's better than here."kehlani said. "He's always gonna be with y'all."kayla said. We all cried.
"Hello everyone."some person said. We all looked up her and wiped our tears. "Your father left his three daughters money."she said. "So you'll be getting that soon."she said. "I jus need y'all signature under y'all pictures."she said. I read over it and signed it. The girls did the same.
We waited until visiting hours was up and then left. The car ride was hella quite cause there was nothing to say. "Thank you kayla."I said hugging here. "No problem."she said. We got out the car and walked up the stairs to the house. Our momma was sitting on the couch smoking a cigarette. "Come hea."she said standing up. We went over to her and hugged her. She held us and we cried.
We went upstairs and the boys was sitting in our room. "Y'all good."marcus said. I shrugged. They gave us a group hug and held us. "Y'all gone be aight."nahmir said. "Yeah they gone be in your heart forever but it's gone hurt."jay said. "Jus like it our momma."marcus said. "Yeah like our momma."jay said slowly.
