[CONNOR'S P.O.V]
I drove back to the o2l house slightly relieved that Troye was so supportive, however still nervous about what I still have to confess. I knew deep down that he would be supportive... Obviously. When we parked at the house, Troye was instantly out of the car and practically dragged me to the door. I unlocked the door and Troye rushed pulling me behind him.
"Hey gu" Jc started but wasn't fast enough, Troye had dragged me upstairs already.
"Good talk" We heard vaguely from downstairs, Jc clearly confused.
Troye pushed me into a chair and sat next to me. He calmed down a bit and started asking some questions.
"When did you realise this?" He asked, concerned.
"Like 7 months ago." I said ashamed that I didn't tell him earlier.
"Okay" he said sighing, taking in the information.
"I hope you know," he started. "I'm here for you, no matter what" he said suddenly extremely serious. I always admired that about Troye, he could be funny and loud, then serious and sophisticated. He was a great friend either way.
"I know and I appreciate that more than you could ever know" I said returning the seriousness.
"Who made you realize that you were gay?" He asked. "Tell me about him"
This question burned like an intense fire burning my insides. This was the question that I never wanted to answer. So I decided to lie.
"Some guy I met about a year ago. He was gay and told me that he liked me, it wasn't until then that I noticed that I liked him back. I don't know, it's still kind of unclear to me" I said. Although I'm not that confused, I know I'm gay. The only thing that I don't wanna tell Troye is that, he's the one who made me realise I was gay. I like Troye Sivan. I know though, for a fact, he does not feel the same way. I have to keep it to myself.
"Don't lie to me. I can tell when you lie. Tell me the story" he demanded. Damn this boy.
"What's his name at least?" He asked curiously.
"I would not like to answer that question" I said flatly.
"Fine. I'll leave it for now, but I will find out" he said. I saw a smile starting to form on his face. This had a chain reaction. I felt a smile creep onto the corner of my lips. He gave me hug.
"I'm gonna go say hi to the people that I ignored earlier, now" he said getting up. He opened the door and walked out of the room.
[TROYE'S P.O.V]
That was weird. I've known Connor for a while now. Heck, I had a massive crush on him, although not anymore, plus I didn't know he was gay then . Why would he lie to me? He's my best friend. Why didn't he tell me? What was he hiding? These questions clouded my mind as I walked out of his room. I walked down stairs and was greeted by Jc once again. I quickly apologized for earlier.
"It's all good man" he said. "What's up with Connor?" He asked concerned. Damn, I can't say anything until Connor wants to.
"Nothing, don't worry 'bout it" I said calmly. "How bout everyone goes to dinner and we catch up?" I suggested.
"Sounds good. Kian and Ricky should be back from the mall soon...now I guess" Kian and Ricky walked through the front door as if on cue carrying a few things. Their faces lit up as they saw me and dropped what they were holding. They ran over and gave me a hug. It has been many months since we last talked.
"Hey Troye!" Ricky said enthusiastically.
"Hey" I replied happily.
"What's up man!?" Kian spoke loudly... As always. The o2l boys are very vocal.
