The Missing Sister

I walk up in my old apartment in my clothes from last night. I look around for my phone. I trip over someone. I look and it's Tom? I get up and see Jennifer and Harry on the couch. I'm glad they're wearing clothes right now. I finally found my phone in the kitchen. I plug my phone in its charger and start making a pot of coffee. I wait for the coffee as I see Tom walking in.

"Good morning," he whispers. I yawn. He yawns at the same time.

"Morning," I whispered. I look at my phone and I got a text from Hailee:

Hailee: Our song "Most Girls" will be out in a few hours.

Me: YAY!!!!

"Is it a bad time to talk about us?" Tom whispers at me. I look and it's 9 a.m. I shake my head no. "Can I  ask what I said to hurt you?" he whispers. I'm deciding if I wanna tell him.

"I want to tell you, but it will be our in a few hours," I whispered. He gives me a look. "I can write songs and I wrote a song from what you said. It will be out in a few hours today," I whispered. I look and the coffee is done. "Want some?" I asked him. 

"Sure," he said. I grab our cups. I pour myself and him a cup of coffee. I put some creamer in my coffee.

"Want some?" he nods no. I put it away. He and I take a sip. 

"Ah, so good," we whispered in unison. We look at each other.

"Did we just?" he whispers to me.

"Yeah, we did," I whisper back. He and I move closer to talk.

"Do you wanna get some coffee sometime?" he whispers to me. He takes a drink.

"My coffee isn't good enough," I fake put quietly. He chuckles as I take a drink.

"No, your coffee is great! But--"

"Just ask her out already!" I heard Jennifer shout. Tom and I look and see Jennifer and Harry are awake.

"Dude, you talk about her all the time to me. Ask her," Harry said. I see him blushing a little. 

"Katie, do you wanna go on a date with me?" Tom asked sheepishly. I smile at him.

"How can I say no to this face," I squish his cheek and say it in a baby tone. Harry and Jennifer laugh.

"You did not just do that," he says to me. I laugh and speed away from him. He chases me around the apartment for a minute. He grabs me and picks me up.

"Put me down!" I laugh. He starts to tickle me. I start to laugh. "put...me....down.." I laugh saying that. He puts me down. I go to the chair and take a breather.

"I always win," Tom says. I give him a look.

"You did not just say that!" Jennifer gives everyone the look.

"Don't say that to her! She will win. She's too competitive," I nod at Jennifer. 

"Can we get food? I'm hungry," Harry whines.

"I can make us something," I said.

"Pancakes should good right now," Jennifer said.

"They do," I said. I started to get the stuff to make pancakes.

"Katie can make really good food," Jennifer says.

"And you'd think some boys in the world want a woman to cook and take care of them, they would come to me, but" I do a weird look. They chuckle. "Tom, you wanna help?" I asked him. He jumps up and goes to the kitchen.

"Tom can't cook to save anyone's lives!" Harry tells me.

"He's with a girl who had to cook for herself for years, he has a professional here," I said. Tom and I prep and start making the pancakes.

We all sit in the living room. "Not bad with my help," I said to Tom.

"They are good, to be honest," Harry said.

"Can you say that again?" Tom said.

"No," Harry put food in his mouth.

"You did a great job," Jennifer told Harry. I took some pictures of us and we got some selfies together. I look in my phone and fund pictures from last night.

We chill in the apartment for a while. Tom and Harry decide to leave. Jennifer and I started to watch movies for a while.
