Next morning

I woke up with Colby's arm still around me. I got up and got in the shower and got ready for the day.

I walked downstairs to make breakfast for when they boys wake up. I heard someone walk downstairs I turned around and saw Sam. "Good morning Sammy!!" "Good morning." "I'm making breakfast if you want any." "I'm good for now. But thanks anyway."

Nobody in the house was awake yet besides Sam and I. So I decided to go upstairs and wake up Colby.

I walk up the stairs and open my door quietly. I walked to my bed where Colby was still sleeping at. I stood on the bed and started jumping and yelling "COLBY WAKE UP!" He opened his eyes and turned to his side "five more minutes." He said gesturing his hand towards the door for me to leave. " The breakfast will get cold!" I said sitting down on the bed. "What did you make?" "Pancakes!" "Fine I'll be down in a few." I walked out of the room and went downstairs to eat. I felt a hand on my back, so I turned around. "You finally decided to get up!" I said giggling giving Colby a half hug. " Ehh I'm still tired." He said rubbing his eyes. "Well you better not be tired. I want to go to the beach with everyone today." "What time?" "When everyone gets up." "Okay" he sat down next to me at the bar and we talked until everyone got up. I went upstairs to get dressed into a swim suit.

I put my clothes on I had before I got changed over my swimsuit. We headed to the beach after everyone got changed.

We arrived to the beach. Devyn and I were wanting to tan so we laid our towels down in the sand. " What are those for?" Colby asked. "Me and Devyn were just going to tan." I said setting my bag down. " Oh no your not." Colby said as he picked me up bridal style and ran into the water. We started laughing when he set me down. After that everyone was swimming. We were playing chicken, splashing each other, and other fun things.

It was getting later so we all decided to get out and go home. When we got home I went to my room and changed into pajamas. I sat on my phone and scrolled through Instagram for a little bit. I heard a knock come from my door, so I got up and opened it. "Hey Colby." I said walking away from the door sitting on my bed. He shut the door and walked over to me and sat down.

•Colby's POV•

I've been thinking about asking Lexi out for a little while now I just haven't found the right time too. I walked upstairs after she did and went to her door, I knocked and she opened it. Now I was getting anxious.
"Hey can we talk?" "Yeah of course come sit down."She said with a smile on her face. I know this is Corey's sister, but man I think, I know I love her. She is beyond the words I can say about her. "Okay well here lately, we've been you know flirty with each other." "Mhm" "and I'm getting tired of it. We're just messing with each other's feeling and I don't like it." "okay then we can stop and go back to like nothing even happened." She said annoyed. "No no no, it's not like that at all. I love being around you and hanging out with you." "Yeah and I enjoy hanging out with you too. Just get to the point Colby." "Okay fine, Lexi Scherer will you be my girlfriend?".

"Lexi Scherer will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. I sat there in shock and didn't know what to say. "Lexi?" "yes Colby!" I tackled him to where he was laying on the bed. We just smiled at each other, I gave him a peck on the lips and fell asleep in his arms.
