*in autopsy*

Doc- "Cod for the mother is poison and for the son, overdose."

Finn- "Did you send the traces to tox?"

Doc- "Yes, your results should be just about ready."

Finn- "Thanks Doc."

*in the lab*

Finn- "What do you have for me Henry."

Henry- "Well Tyler Overdosed on heroine, and the mother was being given small doses of rat poison for a long period of time."

Finn- "Do you know how the mother was being poisoned?"

Henry- "No but Hodges has her stomach contents. You might wanna talk to him."

*Finn talks to Hodges*

Finn- "Hodges! Stomach contents."

Hodges- "For the mother, tea and toast... For the son, nothing."

Finn- "Tea and toast? Where Ryan's stomach contents collected."

Hodges- "Yes, she had trace amounts of orange juice and nothing else, she was also almost overdosed on heroine."

Finn- "So if the mother was making tea from the powder brand, anyone in the house could have poisoned her."

Hodges- "Potentially yes. I would check the actually container of powder for prints. But I bet it was Carl, the dad. He did kill his own son."

Finn- "I'll check the container for prints. Thanks Hodges."

*Finn and Morgan at the house*

Morgan- "So what are we looking for?"

Finn- "Powdered tea."

*they start looking, Finn finds the tea*

Moran- "Hey while we're here do you think I could grab Ryan some cloths?"

Finn- "She'd probably appreciate that."

*Morgan gets her cloths*

*Finn dusts the container for prints*

*at the lab*

Finn to Nick, Sara, Greg, Hodges, and Morgan- "There where two sets of prints on the tea. Crystal's and Carl's."

Greg- "And I bet Crystal wasn't poisoning herself."

Nick- "So we've got this guy for two murders and one attempted."

Sara- "Well we have him for two second degree murders since he didn't physical touch the victims to kill them, he just overdosed them and poisoned them."

Morgan- "That's enough to keep him away for life right?"

Nick- "Oh yeah, he'll never set foot outside of a jail again."

Hodges- "So what does that mean for Ryan?"

*they all look at Greg.**Greg looks back at all of them*

Greg- "Well if she has no other family, I'll have to file for custody."

Morgan- "You where gonna file anyway right?"

Greg- "Yeah but if she has any other family, I would have to go to court, but I think she's old enough to choose who she would want to like with anyway."

Nick- "Well she'll be 16 soon. So she is old enough."

Hodges- "Congratulations Greg."
