Gemini's POV
Another day working at this restaurant. Yeah I love cooking and everything but people can be really jerks.
I walk over to a table of three boys.(Okay so I didn't want to make it where Ace is already dead so I didn't and they are all together here.)
"Welcome. What can I get you boys?" I ask trying to sound happy and not like I want to kill someone.
"MEAT!!!!" The one in the straw hat yells. The boy across from him starts laughing.
"I'm sorry about Luffy. He has no manners" he says with a smile. Wait I recognize him.
"It's quite already." I smile my best fake smile.
"Why are you so proper?" Says the boy whose name is Luffy. Luffy?!? I know exactly who they are now!!
"Because I have to be polite to keep this job."
"Why don't you just become a pirate?"
"Luffy stop" Ace says. I missed this.
"No its okay. I am a pirate. I'm just working here to pay off the owner."
"What did you do?" Luffy is full of questions. I laugh a bit.
"I kinda threw a marine through the window. The owner didn't like it to much" I say laughing.
"GEMINI!!!! STOP FOOLING AROUND A WORK!!! YOU NO GOOD-"
"I'm going to stop you right there" I say looking at him.
"What did you say?" He clearly is pissed.
"I don't want you to say something you will regret later." I smirk at the owner.
"You are just like your father."
"I wouldn't know."
"Gemini" He started but was cut off by Mihno.
"Is Gemini being cocky again?"
"No one wants to here you." He swung at me but I caught his fist.
"You never learn huh?"
"Take this outside. Now" The owner hissed at me.
"My pleasure." I saying catching on fire.
"This isn't a fair battle" Mihno said.
"Life is full of unfair battles" I smirk and he pulled out a sword.
Sabo's POV
She caught on fire with blue flames!!! That's impossible right? She looks familiar but I can't place it. I think Ace saw it too. I know Luffy knows who she is. I'll have to ask him later.
Luffy's POV
It's Gemini!!! My childhood friend. She was older but she was nice to me. When I told her I wanted to be king of the Pirates she told me to go for it and not hold back.
"GEMINI DON'T HOLD BACK!!!" I yell to her. She looked at me and smiled. She remembers. Sabo and Ace look at me.
"What?"
"Do you know who she is?" Sabo asked.
"Of course. She's Gemini. She is my friend from when we were little. She told me to go for my dreams" I said with a huge grin. Sabo looked as if he realize something and Ace nodded.
" Faiātorunēdo(Fire tornado)!!!" I hear Gemini yell. Just then a blue fire tornado formed. The guy looked scared.
"OKAY GEMIMI!!!! STOP!!! I'M AN IDIOT!! DON'T KILL ME!!!" The guy yelled. The tornado disappeared and Gemini started laughing.
"You are a wimp, my friend" She said to him. He looked mad and ran for her with his sword. I blinked and when I opened my eyes, she had him pinned.
"That temper is going to get you killed." She got up and walked towards us.
"THAT WAS SO COOL!!! I BLINKED AND YOU PINNED HIM!!!" I screamed. She laughed a bit.
"Thanks, Luffy." She smiled.
Gemini's POV
I missed doing things with Luffy and seeing him and his brothers made me realize something. I'm still in love with Sabo.
~Flashback~
I was heading to met Luffy when I ran into a boy about my age. I fell and hurt my wrist.
"I'm sorry" I said quietly.
"Its okay. It was part my fault" he laughed. When he seen me holding my wrist he asked "are you okay?" I nod.
"I'll be fine. I'll bandage it up when I get home but right now I need to find someone."
"Okay but I would let your mom bandage that for you" he said. He was crouched down looking at me. I got tears in my eyes when he said that.
"What did I say? I'm sorry. Please don't cry" he looked so concerned. I got up off the ground and softly dusted my clothes.
"I have to find my friend." I start to walk away.
"Wait. Why are you crying?"
"Because you told me to let my mom bandage my arm" I say looking at him.
"Yeah so?" He looked confused.
"My parents died a few months ago" I say looking down.
"Oh I'm sorry. At least do you have someone to care for you?"
"No. I live in my parents house alone."
"How do you eat?" He looked sad and concerned.
"I always find food. Anyways I have to Luffy. I promised I would train with him today."
"Wait. Luffy? As in crybaby Luffy?"
"Oh so your his older brother that calls him that?"
"No I'm Ace's friend."
"I see."
"I have a question" I look at him "does he cry when he's with you?"
"No. He only cried once and that was because he fell into the water and I couldn't save him."
"Huh? You couldn't save him?"
"That's correct. I eat a devil fruit by accident. I can't swim but I found a way to save him." He nods and I run off and met up with Luffy. We were training for a while when he finally beat me. Don't tell him but I let him win. He deserved it. He was so happy that he drug me to Ace and Sabo to tell them.
Sabo looked at me as if he knew.
"I'm hungry" Luffy said. "Gemini you said you would cook the crocodile we caught." I nod. "Yay. Lets go I'm hungry. Ace,Sabo you want to come?" They nod and shrug.
~End of flashback~
"Helllloooo Gemini?" The old man was waving his hand in front of my face.
"Huh? Sorry." Luffy,Ace,Sabo and the Owner laughed.
"You seem to go off in your own little world a lot," I nod, "anyway why don't you head home for today? I know you have a big day tomorrow?"
"Thanks old man" I smile.
"Gemini. What does he mean by big day tomorrow?" Luffy asked.
