Ch 2 The "Accident"

Izuku opens his eyes he feels the warm and unsettling feel of blood drip down his face as the situation starts to sober him up he climbs out of the flipped over vehicle he grunts in pain as he crawls over broken glass as it imbedded it's self into his skin. He stands and looks in horror at the burning building before him he starts to run to the entrance when another big explosion throws him into the silver sedan denting it even more.

Damnit what the hell happened zuku thinks before he runs to the entrance of the building and bust through the doors. He looks around people were unconscious Izuku saw a woman trapped under a marble column he activated his quirk saying "Zodiac Ox" he ran to the woman and started to lift the column he then pushed away the column as he saw the woman's legs had been crushed.

He ran to her she coughed "who are you" she strained to say, Izuku just smiled while saying "my names Izuku Midoriya and I'm here to save you can you tell me what happened" the woman sat against the front desk bringing up blood as she coughed she then spoke "no I was on the phone with my husband waiting for my ride then I heard aloud boom sound I was alarmed when a man told me it's okay it happens a lot then second boom came and I passed out.

"Hmm okay you stay here EMT,s and pros should be here soon" Izuku said then darted for the stairs. Izuku once again activated his quirk Zodiac Tiger he raced up the stairs to floor 50. He dashed through a door and down a carpeted hall coming to two large oak doors he push past the calling out loud DAD! no answer he thought for a sec then the boys emerald orbs lit up THE LAB! he said out loud and ran to the nearest directory

He found one and scanned it quickly and saw the Lab was on floor 30 he moved with haste and ran for the steps he used his cat like agility strategically hop down two floor thirty he raced as quickly down the cold blue hallway till he saw smoke coming from a door way as well as a metal door that had been blown into the wall with force

Izuku came up on the room which was engulfed in flames as thick black smoke rose into the air Izuku then noticed a man in a evergreen suit with unkempt black hair and a smooth shaven face. Izuku noticed who it was it was his dad and he didn't look to be in good shape he had 3rd degree burns on his right arm and a piece of scrap metal impaled in his right side but those were the surface level injuries.

Izuku moves to him and said under his breath Jesus what the hell happened he then speaks up tears threaten to leave his eyes "DAD oh my god DAD" the black haired man coughs and groans "ugh argh hello my boy quite the predicament" Izuku just smiled tears drip down his cheeks "your barely holding on and cracking jokes you crazy old man" the man speaks up "even when on deaths doorstep a father must always smile for his child"

Izuku was crying heavily now but spoke up "don't go talking crazy shit now" his just smiled "Izuku when I'm gone don't blame yourself you couldn't have done anything about this" Izuku was still crying "stop acting like this is your end the great Hisashi Midoriya doesn't just give up" Hisashi smiles sadly "I'm not giving up I'm coming to terms with death and I'm accepting I may not be around much longer.

Izuku then asked "how did this happen!" Hisashi began to speak "it was a freak accident one of the sub-atomic packs became unstable my head inventor was tinkering and he hit a wire which cause the first blast he was killed instantly then that blast set off every electrical device with in the vicinity" Izuku has a thought I have to do something but what.

Izuku then stands up I'm going to try and remove this "wait Izu" Hisashi began but was cut off from his own groan of pain "urgh argh grr wait a damn second" Izuku had just tired to remove the pultruding sharp metal when his dads words hit him he let go Izuku heard sirens he knelt by his dad "you hear that rescues coming" he said hope in his voice his father spoke exhaustedly huff-pant yeah that's great.
