As Todoroki and Bakugou fought over the payment, Midoriya noticed the bus coming, Midoriya didn't want to use his own money, so....He carefully stole Todoroki and Bakugou's wallet. He entered the bus, and paid. Leaving the 2 boys there to fight.
As Midoriya left the boys, he decided to waste their money, so Midoriya went to the mall and spent all of their money.
