Chapter 36

Your POV
I finally get home from a stressful day at work, there was so much traffic and I hated it. I unlock the door and the room is filled with this delicious smell and I know what we're having for dinner tonight. I walk to the kitchen and see gray in his apron, I walk up to him and kiss him passionately. He says to me "so tonight we are having spaghetti carbonara hope you like it." I smile at him "of course I love it it's my favorite dish that you make, the food is getting cold let's eat." He walks me to the table and we sit across from each other and we're just talking about our day and some random stuff.

It's Friday and today is mine and Grayson's one year anniversary since we started dating. It seems like yesterday I barley met him, I look at the time and it's 9:00 I see gray still sleeping. I get out of bed and walked to the restroom to take a shower. There's music playing and I hear  the door opening and it's gray, he doesn't say anything to me but good morning. He opened the certain and said "I'm going out with the boys I'll be back soon I love you." I half smile and nod, did he forget about our anniversary. About twenty minutes later I started to get dressed to make some breakfast and just chill for the rest of the day. I can't believe he forgot about today.

It's currently 6:15 and I feel like going out to take pictures since I have nothing else to do. I walk to the restroom and start to do my makeup. The music was playing and I had a good time, once I finished my makeup I added a red lip to finish the look. My outfit was just some mom jeans, red crop top, and some red converse. I get my camera and purse and headed to the car, I started driving to different areas and some different type of stuff.

It started to get late so I headed back to the house and I'm really bummed out that Grayson forgot about today. I parked the car and headed inside the building, I got into the elevator and my floor came up and got my keys to unlock the door. I turn the light on and see this champagne tight dress with a note saying "take your time getting ready I'll be waiting for you, a car is coming to pick you up when you are ready. Hope you like the dress I chose, I'll see you soon. I love you"- Grayson <3 I smile at the note and I head to the restroom to just curl my hair since my makeup is done. Now I have to look for shoes to match and I come upon these clear one. Just finished getting ready took one look in the mirror one last time and I look pretty damn sexy. I grabbed the keys and put them in my clutch and headed out. This big black car came and started to take me somewhere, I was kinda nervous. The car stopped and I could see that we are at the Empire State Building. I'm so nervous.
