All Scott could hear was screaming.
"Scott, bud wake up" Someone spoke as Scott frowned he was awake though.
"Scott come on, we need you to wake up" Another person told him.
The screaming was still ringing through his ears.
"Stop, stop" scott panicked hating the noise.
"Lydia stop a minute, I think you're screaming is hurting him more" Stiles called out to Lydia as they watched Scott who was hurt and not healing for some reason.
"Scott can you wake up now please" Issac spoke as they saw Scott digging his claws into himself
"I'm sorry to do this Scott but I'm taking you somewhere" Stiles spoke as he picked Scott up, leading the others to his jeep.

Let me explain what happened
Scott was walking to Stiles house (Because his bike was broken) where Lydia, Stiles, Issac and Allison was because they were planning on trapping the Alpha pack but unfortunately they caught Scott off guard and attacked him. Luckily he made it to Stiles house before passing out.
STILES POINT OF VIEW
"Where are we going Stiles" Issac asked
"To Derek's because he knows what's going on" I replied as I started driving to Derek's
"Scott can you please open your eyes" Issac cried as he listened to Scott's heart.
"Right Issac you go and give Derek the heads up as your quicker than us lot" I ordered as we pulled up at Derek's.
"Ok" Issac rushed out before jumping out my jeep and running inside
"Right let's get him inside" I spoke as I picked Scott up
"No, no you're lying" Scott screamed
"Derek help" I shouted as we reached his door
"Bring him in and lie him on the bed" Derek replied
"What happened" Peter asked as I layed Scott on the bed
"We're not sure but I think the Alpha's had him" Issac spoke as he brought stuff in for Derek
"Yeah it looks like it" Peter frowned
"No he can't be dead" Scott breathed out as if he just held his breath for a long time
"What is he on about" Derek asked
"We're not sure" I replied before turning to Scott
"Who's dead buddie"
"Derek, Alpha's killed him" Scott panic as he started thrashing about
"Scott, I'm not dead they have lied to you" Derek told him before Scott fell limp on the bed
"He's going to be ok right" Allison asked as Derek nodded
"Yeah, I just need to stitch him up so he thinks he's healing" Derek replied as he started stitching Scott up
Once Derek finished stitching him up he noticed something worrying.
"Scott" Derek screamed as he started doing CPR.
"Crap" Peter panicked as we all watched Derek
"His heart is beating again" Issac sighed in relief as I ran to Scott.
"Scott wake up please, your my best friend and I need you" I cried as I slapped his face constantly.
I went to punch him but luckily Scott woke up and stopped me just in time.
"Scott you're alive" We all shouted as we hugged him
"Derek you're not dead?" Scott asked as Derek laughed before hugging Scott
"No bud, I'm alive" Derek smiled
"What happened Scott" Peter asked
"Alpha's attacked me and gave me this vision you were dead" Scott cried
"Well I'm not and trust me when I say revenge will be sweet" Derek hissed
At least Scott was ok.
