IN DREAMS, AWAKE - THE FIRST ATTACK

Year 2014.
This occurred during the time where the gates of learning opens, the opening of the school year, for short.
Of course, students are all swarming to the doors of their schools, and one of those students is Kevin, walking along the crowds in the campus' entrance, concealing himself in the midst of the freshmen and seniors alike. He so careful not to be noticed by them, the guards.
People are passing one by one along the narrow metal fence in the middle of the entrance.
A student walked through,
"I.D. sir?" the guard asked,
then he opened this bag, drew his I.D. out and continued walking, but the guard extended his stick and blocked his path, saying:
"Wear it, Sir"
With irritation, the student complied.
That time, a group of students are noticeable due to their noise, they are babbling to each other too loud in the sense that it can't be unheard. Kevin also looked at them, and instantly.. he obtained a brilliant idea
Those students wear casual attire and looked trendy, their faces are all unfamiliar and on top of that, all of them are not wearing I.D. freshmen, for sure.
' If I stick to that guys. I can surely pass ' .. Kevin said to himself.
The thing is.. Kevin need to pass through the guards without being noticed. That's his mission for now. Because he forgot to bring his I.D. even with the fact that, it is the first day of his second year in that university. Silly.
It took several minutes until that group of freshmen reach the fences. they didn't even noticed that they're all being used by Kevin.
Everything run smoothly. when the freshmen reached the checkpoint, Kevin thought that the guards didn't even saw him. he stayed cool until his turn comes.
Very carefully he walked through. disguising himself in the crowd. but no one can slip through the eyes of that guard, after a moment, he noticed Kevin. he called,
"WAIT! come here" the guard suddenly uttered.
chills rose from the feet of Kevin up to his shoulders, He didn't expected him to be caught
"I.D.?"
"F - freshman, sir"
