You give someone a story you wouldnt usually tell or you tell your bestfriend a secret. What about letting a boyfriend or significant other in on an insecurity you have. The story gets shared, the secret turns into a rumour, and that insecurity is now your new nickname for your ex and their friends to laugh at you about.
