Chapter #2 It Hurts

Lime's P.O.V.

"I got engaged and I'm moving!"

"I got engaged" that sentence started to echo inside my head. I could feel my heart breaking. I felt a tear run down my face.

"Congratulations Demon" said Special and gave Demon a hand shake."Yeah , congrats..." Lesuna said and looked at me.

I could feel her blue eyes piercing through me. She noticed that I had a tear on my face.

"Lime , are you okay?" she whispered.

"Me? Okay? Are you blind or something?" I thought to myself as I stood up. "It hurts so much" I thought to myself.

I couldn't take it anymore and ran out of the café , straight to my apartment.

3rd person P.O.V.

Demon and Special stopped talking and just looked at the closing café door.

"What's up with him?" Demon asked calmly.

"What's up with him?" Lesuna asked and clenched her fists. "You're clueless, aren't ya? He still loves you , you blind idiot!" She shouted and punched Demon.

"Les! Calm down!" Special said and pulled her close to him. "Let go!" Lesuna shouted.

"What the hell Les?" Demon said as he wiped off some blood from his nose.

"He still loves you!" Lesuna shouted.
Special put his hand over Lesuna's mouth.

She huffed and left the café with Special behind her.

Demon just sat there awkwardly. "Did he lose his mind or something?" He asked himself quietly.

5 days later

Lime's P.O.V.

"It's the day when Demon leaves the city. I have to stop him" Lime thought as he was walking towards Demon's apartment.

I have been stalking Demon for those 5 days. I just couldn't forget about him.

I was now standing in front of Demon's door. "I can do it" I thought to myself as I unlocked the door with the spare key I had.

I slowly entered the apartment and noticed that Demon was in his bedroom.

I slowly walked behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist.

Demon laughed "Babe, you're already back from work?"

"Babe?" I thought to myself. He called his partner Babe! And he only called me an idiot. "Heh,how pathetic" I thought to myself.

"No, I'm better" I whispered into his ear. He still smelled like almonds and tree bark.

"Lime!" Demon said as he turned around to face me.

"Shhh" I put my finger on his lips and pushed him onto his bed."Now tell me all about this Babe" I said as I got on top of him.

"Lime! Get off! I can't, I love him , not you!" Demon said as he looked into my eyes.

He was about to say something but I just crashed my lips into his.
